Stopped in for lunch today and it was delicious! Fast service and yummy soup. 10/10 ?
The service here is faster than fast food and the hand pulled noodles are just always so perfect. I especially enjoy the braised pork bc the flavor and texture combo there is phenomenal. Completely reasonable prices and the food is plenty filling so worth every penny.
This was our first visit. I got Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and Garlic Beef Fried Noodles. The Dumplings were fine. The Garlic Beef was very garlicky and the noodles were delicious! Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal and we are looking forward to going back!
Fantastic surprise while in town on business!! Restaurant has a cool vibe and the dishes are amazing!! Best Chinese dishes I’ve had in a long time. Dan Dan Noodles were very spicy, which I appreciate, and the hand pulled noodles elevated them above any other Dan Dan Noodles I’ve had. Sichuan dumplings were similarly spicy, and the Sichuan peppercorns made them the perfect combo of yummy and numby. Shanxi Cut Noodle Soup was phenomenal. I’d never heard of it before (which always impresses me) and found the broth reminiscent of Pho. But the homemade noodles and tender chunks of brisket made it completely different. The price was right too, especially when everything is going through the roof. All of the above plus green tea was $36. If I had more time in Minneapolis, I’d very happily go back for seconds!!
CANNOT MISS THIS PLACE!! Amazing food, and I wish I honestly could try the whole menu at once. Everything was delicious - and I highly recommend starting with the edamame that are super addictive. 11/10, can't wait to go back.
I ordered 7 items, every item was different and mostly noodle dishes. I'm not knocking this restaurant for the 3 stars and if I could I would score it 3.5 stars. This restaurant isn't bad, it's just not my style of Chinese food or noodle dishes.Noodles were great, broth was good but every noodle dish I purchased seem to be the same soup base.. 6.5/10Dumplings. The internal meats were great and the shell was decent. 6.5/10Beef cumin bun. Best item I bought and I knew it was going to be great. 8.5/10Steam dumplings. Very well made and really enjoyed it. 8.5/10
Really authentic place! All the noodles/rice noodles are very good, and the appetizers are authentic as well! The noodles are made on the spot. The food also got to us really quick. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
This is THE best place in Twin Cities if you’re craving for high quality hand-pulled noodles.I’m a regular here and best part is that I don’t have to drive too far to satisfy my Sichuan pepper cravings. Do try their cold noodles and scallion pancakes. The noodles may not survive time in your fridge and are best when devoured on the spot or in some time.The servers are friendly and the ambiance is good.Must try if you like authentic Asian food that wouldn’t poke a hole in your pocket.
We really enjoyed our first meal here yesterday! My husband had the braised egg/braised pork belly noodles, and I had the garlic beef fried noodles. Both were exquisite! We're looking forward to our next visit.
Was excited to try this place. I had garlic fried noodles with chicken she had the same with shrimp, we shared a scallion pancake. Noodles themselves had great texture but the dish as a whole didn’t seem very garlicky or fried. It was in WAY too much of a very sweet sauce that seemed like you could have bought it off the shelf in the grocery store. Scallion pancake was tasty but greasy. 3 stars only for the noodles themselves as they were very good.
