Went here to get some of their supposedly great shrimp tacos. Walked in at 10:22pm and according to Google they're open until 11pm. They denied me a seat and denied me a to-go order. After some chatter in Spanish with the bartender I was told the kitchen had already cleaned the grill, which judging from the hostesses body language, gestures and the looks up and down they gave me was most likely a lie. I'm a chef in Northern Wisconsin and I always serve until 5 minutes AFTER we close to allow for clock differences. I've never closed 38 minutes early and the grills usually don't get cleaned until 30 minutes after close. Too many great options around as far as Mexican food in the cities to treat customers like that. I won't be back. I really could of used some good shrimp tacos in my life tonight too, this is the most disappointed I've ever been with a restaurant I didn't eat at.
We came up from Cedar Rapids, Iowa for the L. P. concert this weekend & needed a place to eat that had Keto friendly options. They were friendly, acomodating & quick. The food portions were large & everything was delicious.
The food was amazing, flavors were as advertised! My partner was very happily surprised by just how good their meal was as well!Our server Elena was the key to it all, she kept us in refills, was prompt and knowledgeable of the menu, and had a great demeanor to round off the package!
Service was slow, took awhile just to get our drinks. Food was slow to come out of the kitchen but was hot, beans and rice were more like room temperature. But overall a good meal.
Very good food! I ordered only once with the rest of my office and they did a fantastic job. Next time we are feeling a little Mexican food we are ordering again!
First time here and I loved it! I've been looking for tanales that hirs the spot for the longest time ever, and now I have found it. It wasnt dry or soggy; it was perfect! The meat inside was generous as was the sauce and cheese! I'm not sure what my bf's order was called, but the meat was perfectly charred and the sauce on it had such an addicting sourness to it. The churros were throughly cooked with generous sugar. The drinks I had, a sangria and kinkyrita, had generous liquor in it too! Overall, I loved my experience here and will come again when I am craving this cuisine!

I went there for lunch and sat at the bar and there was no one around for about 15 minutes. Finally a waiter came over and said that the waitress was late for work and would be there soon but if not he would help us. About 10 minutes later two new employees showed up and they completely ignored us walked by us for about another 10 minutes at which point we left. I sent a message to the restaurant and Emma said that she saw what I just described in the video and apologized and offered us a free dinner. I messaged her back and said OK I’ll give it a shot, but then she never responded and after about a week I sent her a message saying I guess never mind. She responded apologizing stating that another family member was using the account and did not know that she had received that message and again and offered to buy us dinner, I quickly responded and asked if we could go on Saturday and once again she never responded. Not sure if the food is any good here but I can tell you that the service and management don’t have a clue.
Great food, excellent service. Its the best place for Mexican food. I think they make their tortillas fresh!
