awesome food, very fast. and a lot I ate for three diffent meals. love this place, it is awesome.UPDATE!!!!!I have been eating here since I was 8, I am 48. food WAS awesome.They changed their food taste and recipes. the food is now Bland and dry. yes chicken chow mein is dry. the flavor is lame and not worth the price any more. I am very Disa.
This place had the best special fried rice! Omg! The best flavor in the world, ?My family really flipped over it too!The last time I got it, it was different. It was altered. Could of been the Chef?And the outside of this bldg. doesn't look that hot, but the special fried rice is so good, it makes up for it. It's on the Eastside of St. Paul, so it's convenient for me! I'll definitely go back!
Fabulous little hole-in-the-wall. I have tried most things on the menu and never once disappointed. The chow mein is fabulous but needs more vegetables added, a little hot sauce and a little extra protein to make it incredible. Try everything, and tip the hard working staff for their delicious, inexpensive food-- they notice and deserve being appreciated.
They got the closes rice to Saint Louis Chinamen then any other Asian restaurant in MN.???????? No peas and carrots and its nice a dark✔️ The orange chicken was cool and I egg rolls were good as well.. It's a hole in the wall for sure but it's worth the time to taste ??
It is hit or miss. Have eaten here 3 times and one time as bangin.
Really good hole in the wall Chinese food! They've been around for a long time. If you like really fried rice... and I do... this is your spot.
Great food. Can't wait for them to be open to in person dining rather than carry out.

Best Asian food I've ever had! Wontons, fried rice, and the lo mein.... off the charts! Pork chop strip, chicken chow mein and generals chicken are crazy good too. You aint living right if you haven't had Leo's!
