Great place, and parking wasn't bad. Even better to go on the weekend. The staff was nice, and the food was delicious. The bar has TVs tuned to sports. Cinnamon rolls are huge and the owner Carol was very nice. Atmosphere feels more like a small town family restaurant than a downtown establishment.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger which is NOT one of the meals Keys is known for. It was clearly obvious it was not. Fairly small burger with a meager presentation and unimpressive in all other ways including taste and portions. My friends were also a little let down with their meals as well. The Philly cheesesteak was bland. The omelets were advertised as being the largest in Minnesota on the menu but were disappointingly normal sized.I know there are many other outstanding meals at Keys. They have a great reputation for their bakery foods but my meal and the meals of my friends was average to sub par.The service, on the other hand, was good and the ambiance was great. Please take the reviews from others into consideration but my review accurately reflects my experience.

Great food. Amazing place. Excellent customer service!

I had an amazing breakfast experience this morning at Keys! The French toast was perfectly crisp and dusted with cinnamon sugar, and the breakfast sandwich was so hearty and filling! Delivery just doesn't do them justice. You gotta come in, feel the friendly vibe and enjoy your scrumptious meal.

Googled "diners in St. Paul" and Keys Cafe came up as a hit. It's close to the History Theater, where we were going for the Sunday 2:00 matinee. It was packed, but we still got seated right away. Our server was funny and friendly. Service was fast and delicious. The coffee was terrific. I had the Cajun Breakfast with eggs, potatoes, veggies & andouille sausage = YUM! My friend had the MN omelet with home-made cream of mushroom sauce, wild rice, and veggies. We split the cinnamon roll. We'll be going here again - SOON!

I had French toast and the Cajun omelet. The food was absolutely delicious and service was amazing. It brought me nostalgia, reminded me of New Orleans. The omelet definitely tasted down south, homemade jelly, and the French toast also brought memories of NOLA, paired with hospitality from the awesome service!Highly recommend!!!

It is the friendliest place in DT St. Paul!

Amazing service - super clean restaurant. Went two days in a row - BOTH experiences were outstanding!!! Highly recommend it!! Parking hasn’t been tough either despite being downtown.

Exactly what I wanted. A scratch made breakfast. All quality ingredients. Clean/inviting environment too. I will be back. Excellent service too.

Food was tasty, and it came out quickly. Granted, there where only two other costumers there.Staff was nice.
