Really took an hour and a half to get a sandwich at non peak hours and the driver asked for a bigger tip when he finally got here. So much for freaky fast. Can't wait for the automated message to tell me to go complain on facebook.
I've been ordering Jimmy John's from this location since they opened usually they're pretty good . The longest I've waited was a half an hour. Today I waited in my company lunch room for over 45 minutes then when the delivery driver finally did arrive I waited an additional 5 minutes because they wouldn't get out of the car. I finally walked out to the parking lot to get my sandwich your delivery driver claimed to already have been here once. She wasn't I would have seen her so for the first time Ieft no tip. I shouldn't have to wait that long only to have to walk out the parking lot because the driver wouldn't get out of her car
This isn't a critique of the obviously overworked & understaffed people that can't fulfill an order in less than four hours. This is a critique of money-grubbing management that doesn't have the balls to say 'we won't be able to fulfill your order' as they scramble to claw for every last nickle and dime.
Insane that Buisness is being ran, all employees our swearing at each other non stop right in front of customers, I run multiple Buisness in this area an im lost for words that the Buisness owner here has not heard or seen these fights on camera. Took 15 minutes to get my sandwich. Will not return to this location ever again.
My interactions with the employees and drivers in the past has been fine but I haven't been able to order a sandwich from their store in a couple of months now. Whenever I try it says that the store is "currently unavailable" for online orders, which seems wild to me since weekends in the afternoon-evening seem like a pretty crucial time for orders.
It took an hour and a half for my order to arrive. And the food was sitting outside my apartment complex for who knows how long, because the driver didn’t call me when arrived. Even though I specifically instructed that he call me. The worst part was that my food reeked of cigarettes because the delivery driver had the bright idea of putting my food bag on top of a half lit cigarette. I wish i hadn’t tipped. Will not be tipping next time if this is the service I get.
Always get the #12. The bread at this place is the best but sometimes I like the no bread, lettuce wrap style sandwich option!
I had ordered a two subs when those subs had come I found there were things missing and random things add to the subs. I had called to try to tell them they had mess up my order and they person on the phone said they didn’t mess up the order. He was also messing with us on the phone, took it like it was a practical joke. They were wrong and wasn’t being nice about it. Worst possible customer service I have dealt with in years.
The people that worked there are no e enough but I payed almost 20 bucks and I had the thinnest sandwich ever. No cheese, barely any lettuce and same with tomatoes. Why was it nearly 20 bucks for nothing is beyond me but I was very dissatisfied. On top of it the bread was kinda hard too, it just left a bad taste in my mouth now and now I dislike Jimmy John's.
