The experience was fine. The food tasted like it was supposed to and ingredients were fresh. For some reason, though, my Hunter's Club looked considerably smaller than my wife's Beach Club. ?♂️
The delivery driver Alan is always really nice. His positive attitude and kindness always stands out. He even remembers our order. Great customer service and great delivery driver!!! Very happy with this location!!
The guys working here were extremely courteous and helpful. I had few questions? and they've had the answer for all of them. Everything was clean and comfortable. By the way guys my special order sub? was the bomb? when I finally got home to enjoy it. I definitely recommend this Jimmy John's! 4⭐
I ordered for pickup a few weeks back. When I arrived at the store, my order was not ready, but the (I assume) manager apologized and stated they were starting it right away and offered me beverage size upgrades for the inconvenience. I ordered several sandwiches and sides and they were done quickly - I waited no more than 5 or 6 minutes. After my order was done, it got boxed up nicely with napkins, and the manager even gave me a few sides of the kickin' ranch to try (which was delicious!). I was very impressed at the customer service, and truly didn't mind waiting at all. I know the world is understaffed right now and they all did a great job. :) Food was great, btw!
I have always had good sandwiches @ Sun Ray JJ's... but today's mighta been the best one yet! Kudos to the awesome guys @ JJ's this morning. My Bootlegger #14 sandwich was freaky fast and so good, totally hit the spot! ++ Nice to see people at work and enjoying each other's company. Everyone was so happy! Thank you!
Stopped at this location around the late evening to grab sandwiches. The employees (2) greeted us right away. Super friendly and attentive! A young male made our sandwiches, and they are the BEST Jimmy John sandwiches we've ever had. Thank you for the experience!
It took over 1 1/2 hours to get 5 sandwiches delivered. The drink we ordered had started to spill over in the box they used to deliver so it was all over food as well. Ummm we’ll just stick to door dash. The fees get a little expensive but we’re also not waiting close to 2 hours for cold sandwiches
Always late for deliveries and it’s a 50/50 if the order is even correct. I received the wrong order after waiting close to 2 hours and reached out to customer service and still never heard a work from this location.
I love Jimmy's John sandwiches ?? I live nearby so this is where I usually go in to get my sandwiches.
Decent fast food restaurant. Thank you for another local food option.
