Great fresh sandwiches. I've been there twice in 3 days.
In house they get everything done 100% and are very efficient. However, I would recommend NOT ordering online. I typically customize my order and they have missed the changes I make often.
These losers no longer deliver. What's the point of a Jimmy John's that doesn't deliver? It's your whole marketing plan.

Usually this location is on top of it and quick to deliver… but today I’m an hour passed order time and when I called to check on it, I was told it could be another 20+ min bc the driver hasn’t left the store yet, i mentioned just to cancel the order since my break was ending, and wasn’t even offered a refund!
Great sandwiches, although sometimes they will withheld some food in the sandwiches if their running low in a certain product.
All 3 employees were not wearing masks; I asked the man behind the counter and he said it was optional, which is not true. St. Paul reinstated a mask mandate for all public spaces last week. I quickly ordered and waited outside in the cold, took them forever to make my sandwich and I could see them laughing at me.
It's not sanitary to use the same gloves to make food and work the register? otherwise the service would have been 5 Stars but I couldn't look past that.
