I had an order take nearly 2 hours to be delivered. I called after a 1.5 hours or so and they said it should be only 20 more minutes. So we waited another 45 minutes. Still was not delivered. Called again and said the driver was out. I said if I had known, my husband could have gotten out of the pool and walked over (across the street). She hung up on me. I called back and said I wanted a manager. She said I am. Tried saying she is sorry but they are swamped. Finally order comes. The chips flavors were incorrect and we we were shorted one bag. The manager walked them over to make the order correct. I opened my sandwich to find a short curly brown hair. I showed her when she brought the chips. She took it and remade the sandwich (incorrectly- I paid for double cheese and it had no cheese). I opened the new sandwich to find yet again another hair (attached photo). I did not call back because at this point - I want nothing to do with that store. The hotel we are staying at said they have had multiple complaints from other guests for that Jimmy Johns store.
Great Food - Very busy- wait times extended due to Covit19
Very irritating experience. Came to have a quick sandwich with my two kids (grade school aged kids) around 6:00 pm tonight. We ordered our sandwiches then sat down to eat, we were there for 20 min. maximum because of the unbelievably uncomfortable atmosphere. The entire time the two employees who were working, had music blaring, so much so that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Not to mention the music they were listening to had an F-bomb every other phrase. Both kids were in shock, rightfully so, and neither employee made any attempt to even turn the music down so the profanity wasn’t quite as piercing to listen to. Jimmy Johns is normally a restaurant we can rely on as family friendly, we will not be back to this location.
Make sure to order an hour and a half before the hanger sets in and certainly don't expect to get the correct food.
Way too slow. Waited an hour for one sandwich and when I called I was told 30 more minutes. I don’t understand by this location is so slow and unprofessional. I’ve read the reviews and it seems to be the way they run this location. How does the owner stand for this? I will never order from here again

I LIVE LESS THAN 1 BLOCK AWAY. And I have waited over an hour for a sandwic . After having called 30 minutes ago and being assured that it was on the way. I'm not one to complain. But it was slow. With poor service.
This is my third time in a row ordering from here waiting over an hour but this last time was the worst three hour wait and still got my sandwich order wrong management has poor customer service skills was rude to my friend on the phone and offered no resolution he asked her what “he should do then” in a very narcissistic way. Y’all I love The food but this location can kick rocks.
