PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. I wish I had. I have orderd from this place a few times. And EVERY Time they have screwed up my order. Yes, they do a little something to make up for THIS insicdent. But clearly they aren't even TRYING ensure it doesn't happen again or to others. They simply don't care because guess what? We keep ordering. We'll that stops today. I'm not putting myself in the position to be disappointed again.
Freakishly SLOW. My guess is it's not the employees fault and frankly JJ's just doesn't pay them well enough or offer good starting pay to keep a full staff.
The past 3 times I have ordered online at the location of Jimmy John's (519 Jackson St N St Paul , 55101) they have forgotten my mayo packets I requested (I even typed in "mayo packets please" where my name should have been and still forgot or looked over) THIS time I called the store to place my order and stressed that this is important and has messed up my order a few times already, the lady I spoke to was VERY nice and helpful (I wish I remembered her name) and she made sure I got my mayo packets, I very much appreciate this!!! What I have learned today is to call the store to make sure everything is correct with your order.
I ordered my food at 1:25pm and it's now 2:55pm and i'm still waiting.. I called and asked if everything was okay and they said the driver left 30 minutes ago to bring me my food so they should be here soon.. so my sandwich has been sitting in a car.. for well over 30 minutes now. this place is exactly 1 mile away from me, it's actually concerning..
Gave me the wrong order, asked for a refund, they said they’d replace the order. An hour and a half later, stomach grumbling and unable to take a bite out of my sandwich so that I can get the correct sandwich, still nobody showed up. After two hours and being stuck on hold, I told them just forget about it and I ate my sad sandwich.
Would give zero stars if I could, employees smoking right outside of store, went in to use the bathroom while waiting in car for someone else, was not allowed to use unless I “bought something”. I work in a very similar sort of restaurant and would never tell someone they can not use the bathroom unless they purchased something.
I ordered a number 12 and took it all the way home (not near this location) and discovered they had forgotten the meat. I don't even know how that's possible. My partners sandwich was also wrong. Utter incompetence.
Zero stars. 3 women were in the shop when I got there to pick up my order which was pre paid. The first white lady asks me what I need and I tell her my order. She says there are working on it. Mind you this is 45 mins after I ordered. No other customer is in the store. The 2nd lady with small braids starts swearing about how the white lady who left just wants to leave and is [email protected]#kin up. She continues to use profane language about a situation with another order. I'm ignored and barely addresses before I give them time to sort out their problems. She then tells me that my order is ready on the counter. I take the food noticing it can be right. I ask for the receipt and noticed she didn't give me the right receipt. I tell her and then she accused me if taking the receipt from behind the counter. I then ask is this the correct food before I leave. She rudely says yesss! I return home to find out the wrong food was still given to me. The first notice of it being the wrong food was when oils started dripping from the bag of a later to be found lettuces wrap onto my white car seats. I didn't even order that.I CALLED TO INFORM THEM OF THE MIX UP AND SHE ACCUSED ME IF TAKING THE WRONG FOOD FROM HER. AND HUNG UP ON ME.
I ordered for lunch, at about 1.5 hours if waiting I called and asked about the order and was told to give the driver another 10 minutes mind you im probably about 6 minutes away from the location. So I wait and 40 minutes go by so I call and cancel well about 30 minutes after canceling my order it arrives and to not waste anyone else's time I simply take the order and give a tip as well. I open everything up and its not how I ordered it some things I paid to be added were not added and the pickle I asked for soaked through the bag spilled pickle juice all over the table ... so not only did I starve waiting for the order but I was also not given the correct order aaannndddd now I smell like pickles ? safe to say I will never order Jimmy John's again ... freaky fast freakishly a lie
Not freakin fast. Waited two hours and still no food. Never order from here again. They should tell you that they don't have drivers. Can't even get my $40 refund. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE.
