Hoa Bien is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always delicious, with crispy vegetables and tasty sauces. Also reasonably priced (especially with lunch specials), with generous portions. The restaurant is fairly quiet and large, so never feels crowded. Staff are always friendly. Five stars!
I remember when this restaurant before the beautiful remodel. There is nothing better than a bowl of Pho, especially in the winter. If you make it spicy enough, it really clears your sinuses and makes you feel healthy.
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant! I ordered delivery food from here like a thousand times and it was delicious every time! Taste like in VN even better! I highly recommend you guys to try Rice Vermicelli salad with meat ball. It's always been my favorite, and Banh xeo is incredible delicious ?
I’ve been dining at Hoa Bien since the 90’s. They have such good food. I raised my kids eating all different kinds of foods and now it’s a treat when we can all go together. Hoa Bien has ALWAYS been fantastic and has never disappointed - except for the time when we literally ran out of table space. There wasn’t enough room for us and all the food we ordered!! Lol!! Great employees, great food - I’d recommend them to anyone!! I will say that I miss the old building. There was a coziness that can’t be duplicated and there’s nothing like a cold breeze going thru the little building and being greeted with hot pho to warm your bones!!
Very clean, fast & friendly service, price was reasonable.I ordered Chicken Pho & diet Soda. $12VERY FRESH ingredients!The pho had me second guessing if I've had authentic pho before. The broth was sweet - not bad but very different. Also there was some kind of dried onion/bacon bits - don't like.They don't have chilli oil, and the pho did NOT come w/sliced onions or basil leaves -- fav not included ?Could've been an oversight-- not sure.Not at all bad but very different.
i love this place! i always get their hot and sour soup, and it never ceases to be amazing. any time i’m in the area, i will always drop by. highly recommend!

I finished less than a minute. I never imagined having to dig on the bottom of the bowl to find barely any noodles. Never eat here again!

WOW!!!!! This place is freakin' fantastic! Food was off the chain good. Nice casual atmosphere. Relaaaaxxxing music. Like the terminator....I'll be back.
