A great local place for pizza and wings! Food is priced well, delicious, and delivery is fast and consistent. The owner is kind and deals quickly with any issues. A family favorite!
The fact that the Owner keeps responding to customer complaints saying “First off” is so rude and childish. Pizza is cheap and burnt. I’d rather eat at Little Caesar’s.

After having been served there for years without complaint, I was surprised when they got my sisters take out order wrong. She asked for a TACO pizza with hamburger and was delivered a pepperoni or sausage pizza with TACO condiments (salsa sauce, sour cream and lettuce in small containers on the side.) She expected the same order we received when we dined in. When she called about it, they insisted they got the order right. My sister repeated the order a week or two later and received the same pepperoni pizza with the side ingredients. The restaurant refused to believe her or rectify the situation. When I went in and asked to speak with the manager, he took one look at my sister and said "I remember you!",... refused eye contact and to even talk about it and repeatedly said never to come back. New management sucks.
We went to pick up our family size house pizza and our personal meat pizza a driver (not Hearthside) came in to pick up for his delivery and was extremely rude and impatient feeling like his pizza should have already been waiting for him. Extremely unprofessional. But, Not to reflect Hearthside. On a positive Hearthside felt the personal pizza was not to par so we were given a free personal that was delivered free of charge by someone at Hearthside.On a personal note I felt the situation with that driver was handle very professional.
The guy that waited on me was rude. When I walked in to get my food he was being rude to a couple of young guys that wanted to apply for a job. He was stating that he didn't have time to talk because he was the only one working. (Hint to the owner, if this is the way you treat people who want to apply for a job, it doesn't surprise me that you work alone).Then he went on and on about how I messed up when I placed my order. I must have clink the link that makes it a Door Dash order rather then just a pick up order. Sorry. I really didn't mean to do that.Anyways, his pizza is awesome. Work on the customer experience and I'd be bragging about what you have going on.By the way, he said my pizza was the only order he had at that time. I just don't understand why you wouldn't take the time to treat those young men better and let them apply for a job. Heck, their customer service is most likely going to be better than what's going on now.
Food was excellent. Tried the house special pizza and spicy broasted chicken wings. There was a small issue with my order due to the website. The website was updated within 48 hours and I was compensated for the issue. Handled perfectly and I'll definitely be back.
I'm Eating here as we speak because a fast food joint I go to around here is closed let me tell you this is good cheap pizza. The staff is friendly and sweet.
