I never write reviews but this really upset me. Last night which was a Friday I went by Hardees after work at 11:25pm because I work late and they are supposed to be open til midnight according to signage and online. Unfortunately they were closed and appeared to have been for awhile, this is terrible customer service I used to work in customer service and we never closed earlier than we were supposed to.
The employee was so rude and snotty. I literally said I'm sorry your having a bad day we all have them tomorrow will be better, she did not appreciate my positive outlook and it was very apparent, There are only a few Hardee's left around truly sad. Praying for them
Overall pretty good. Only Hardee's near the Twin Cities I've ever seen. Food is decent but a little pricier. They'll try to upsell you to medium or large too.
This place was a very pleasant surprise - I had very low expectations because it’s an older restaurant. But it was exceptionally clean. The staff were very nice, fast and food was great.
I'm from out of town. Stopped in on a whim. This has to be the cleanest fast food restaurant I ever stepped foot in. Service was fast food was excellent and again place was super clean. Very pleased with my visit. Even hit the bathroom.
When trying to use the $2 off any combo your app says the basket does not contains all required items. I've literally only added a combo! What's the deal?This location has since fixed their personel issues which is great, but, each of the four times I've since been my large fry has been underfilled. Compare that with McD's where it's overflowed everytime. Potatoes are the cheapest thing on the menu how does this make sense?
I eat here once every few months. It's an older location, but the staff is always nice and they've never messed up my order. A bit slow today, but they had just received a huge Uber eats order so it was understandable. They apologized for the wait, but it only ended up being about 10 minutes for my breakfast anyway. Offered a free coffee too!
The worst Hardee's I've ever been to.We went through the drive-thru. I've never seen one with so many potholes. The workers were either rude or apathetic. They didn't greet us and didn't repeat back the order or tell us how much it would cost. The line was very slow moving even though it wasn't long. They got our order wrong. Something was VERY wrong with the soda, I had to pour it out.Avoid this place!
Had a great experience here today. A very upbeat staff, it's been a long time since I've gotten excellent service at a fast food joint. Great job to the staff that was on this morning! Thanks!
