good service and food ???
I was a pretty frequent customer at Flameburger. But this last I ordered from there the manager Stephanie was super rude and rude unprofessional. when I called to check on my food that I ordered through DoorDash. Four different drivers try to pick up the food but they were unsuccessful like Flameburger hadn’t prepared it. I believe I waited close to two hours for my food to be delivered and it never came. I called flameburger and spoke to this manager who told me no drivers ever showed up to get my food, then lied and gave me some other excuse and raised her voice and said call DoorDash and don’t call up here no more. I ended up having to pick my food up and still deal with her rude attitude. I explained hanging up in peoples faces very unprofessional and I was told by her that she didn’t have to serve me. So I guess they pick and choose the customers based on how they feel in the moment. I tried to contact the owners in regards to my overall experience with getting my food and dealing with the ignorant manager but never received any type of callback. I’m more than likely will not eat there anymore and definitely share my experience with my friends and family members who frequent there as well. Poor customer service from management is unacceptable. Especially when a customer was not rude. Let me not forget to mention when I got home to eat my food it looks like it was just thrown together and then thrown into the to go box.
Friendly atmosphere. Great food and prices are great too! Definitely worth checking out if you're in Minnesota! We will return here again. So good!!!
Great prices. The malt was great the food was ok. I had their hot burger there wasn't much heat to it. So that was disappointing. But the Burger was fine. Cheese nothing to brag about. Stuff was little slow today. I was listening to friend who told they a hot burger. Over not a great experience
Great hamburgers! Great pork chops! Service is excellent friendly welcoming.Chef Salad excellent. I think this place is well kept secret, interesting mix of custmers-kids on dates, families, single people.
Listen up! If you want good food and good customer service from the ALL the staff including the cooks… this is where you go. chicken tenders ??. I’m sunrise burger ??… and they now serve a hidden gem! Try the Diablo cheese curds… ?????. These cheese curds are one of a kinds… but if you can take any heat these are not for you. Also please do not compare the flameburger to the one in MPLS … I will not go there. period. Outside of the cheese curds I wouldn’t say flameburger is unique as far as food goes… it’s just good. Not fancy just plain good. But the service… unbeatable especially now that we’re subjected to gen z standards. I literally have to limit how many times I come here because I always end up leaving tips bigger than my ticket. Smh. Also if you do come in don’t forget to tip your cook. They deserve it.
Even with them short staff...they were still awesome...attentive...and professional...food came out on time and was delicious. Server had to process all the law enforcement orders and the cook backed him up. They worked well for just the two of them there. Awesome job guys!!
This place is outstanding. Best burgers and breakfast food I've had in a while. The ambience is great, staff is friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 for me.
This is a little rinky dink hole in the wall. I loved it. Wish I would of dined in. My order was to go, sadly. This place was packed. Had breakfast here. The hash browns were lovely. Just the way I like. They give plenty of food. I would so go here again. I would like to try the lunch menu next time. And eat in! Great atmosphere.
The food is good as always however I believe there’s some staffing issuesMay be better staff would be great I’m sure the waitress was joking around but she seemed kind of harsh on the cooks , Even though they were messing up a few times while I was there who knows it could be an ongoing issue could be a one off thing“Eh” vibesGreat food service could be better but still tipped like 30% because they seem stressedI had the impossible burger with fries
