I had the little bacon cheeseburger and I got custom it to my liking. The fries are yummy and hot not to salty tasting. Friendly staff clean restaurant try their shakes
The young woman who made my shake tonight, June 14 was very nice, but my shake was pure liquid. No thickness at all. Please train your staff how to make shakes. I now regret leaving a tip when I ordered. Very disappointed.
I went here with three guys, and they still served us. I thought this establishment required you to visit with five guys? There weren't five guys working behind the counter. Where are the five guys that run this place? Maybe it started with five guys...or maybe it takes five guys to run a five guys...
The place if you like to crack salted peanuts. Order half the french fries you want. They overfill the bag. The buns are fresh and the hamburger is probably beef ?
Good fast food burger, but really came for the fries. I did get to watch them make the burger from scratch which is refreshing
I have had consistently good burgers, fries, and shakes at this Five Guys location. And for being the first day of the job for her, the employee who cooked my burgers, and bacon, and made the shake, did an excellent job - the best I've had so far. Just juicy enough without being greasy, with perfect bacon. And the shake was just smooth, without to much chocolate to make it harsh, and not to cold, nor to warm.
Son thought the burger and fries tasted ok but it was oily. The staff were nice. Well come again.
Horrible I waited 30 minutes then my they tried to give me cold nasty fries, so my burger was done, then I had to wait for fries again so now my burger was cold , by the time I got my food there we at my least 10 people now all waiting for orders. The workers were everywhere no one new how to stay at one station and work, I watched all 3 of them wrap burgers then unwrap all off them because they didn't know what was what . Terrible don't know when I'm going back there ?
Worst food I’ve ever had. I love Five Guys and this location was terrible. Poor customer service. A burnt, dry burger. Shake machine broken. Threw the food away and went to Wendy’s. Truly inedible.
Pop machine was out of a lot of flavors, no lids for the cups, and rude staff when taking my order
