Everything we ordered was delicious and portions are generous. 6 of us shared 2 orders of Drunk noodles with shrimp, 1 pineapple fried rice, 1 regular fried rice w/ added vegetables, and 2 orders of pad Thai—one chicken and one with vegetables. We had enough leftover for three more meals. Dishes were aromatic, not too spicy (but I believe you can request more heat if desired), and there are plenty of options for those who are gluten free or vegetarian. Will definitely order from East Side Thai again soon!

Fourth time I've had been here and I already got food poisoning. Haven't had food poisoning in the past 10+ yrs from restaraunts. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills. I got it from the chicken laab....Pork belly are rocks. Chicken laab was obviously a fail. Sticky rice is not sticky rice. It sticks to your fingers and doesn't have the correct texture. Lao style Papaya was decent and dark broth pho was decent too. I'd only come here for the dark broth pho. Nothing else.

So freaking delicious. The food is soul warning . Cute chill relaxing vibes and fast service. Loved it

Food is just really mediocre...and the few times my coworkers and I have ordered the vermicelli salad as take out, the sauce is ALWAYS missing....we have had to make another trip back just to grab the sauce/dressing. Everyone is short on time, and this causes major inconvenience!

Had a pick up order the other day for papaya salad. Called twice and no one picked up then sent a Facebook message. Message said they were open and for us to call to place an order and then after calling twice they finally pick up. I arrive and go in to get my order and she just stares at me as if she was irritated that I walked in while she was putting up chairs. She goes to check me out very fast and as I ask for fork and spoons she looks at me then walks off. I stand there waiting but she just takes another look and continues to clean. Not returning to this restaurant again.

I ordered drunken noodles, the noodles came out extremely greasy and not very flavorful. The plate was 90% noodles and very little veggies or meat. The server and host seemed unhappy and barely spoke to us other than what was needed to take our order. Looking at the pho on someone else's table it seemed good but from my experience this was not a good place to eat. Also next day I had indigestion and general icky feeling.

I remember this place use to be good, haven't ordered here in awhile, had the pad kra pow, thai papaya salad , fried rice and sticky rice. Everything was a disappointment. Either it was too sweet or too salty. Sorry but Krungthap will be my go to now.

The papaya salad was good(could've been hotter), super excited to try the fried pork belly, but when I opened the container, it was WAY over fried!!!! Maybe next time I'll just order egg rolls.

I really hate leaving this review because this used to be my favorite Thai spot but things have went really downhill in the past year. Prices have gone up and portions have went down? Today I ordered an extra large pho like I normally do and they used to give you 2 containers of broth but apparently it's only 1 now and they only fill the container 2/3 of the way but the noodles and meat still have the same quantity. I barely have enough broth for all the ingredients. Last time I ordered a drunken noodle and paid for extra chicken and there was barely any chicken and it was super dry. Hopefully things go back to normal soon or I'll be going elsewhere

This rating goes towards their employee Pakou. Called into make an order. If any of you know vermicelli salad is also called and is also known as Bun. She didn’t seem to understand and said kapoon, I politely told her no that wasn’t it and as I started to say vermicelli she cut me off and hangs up. Her extract words “no we don’t” and hung up. That was rude and uncalled for. I feel that if you are unfamiliar with the menu or unsure please just ask. If you are just rude please do not work at a job that you’ll have to deal with customers. I understand if I was rude and disrespectful but I was none of that. As I called back to speak with the manager she stated that the manager was too busy to talk. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day but don’t be rude. Since the manager was too busy I hope he’ll see this post and have a conversation with his staff about being polite. I did not write this to bash on her or anything but just so she can improve in her customer service skills.
