Store was freezing! AC had to be set below 60°. Ordered 4 crullers, and it was like they had been sitting in a refrigerator.I also ordered a light roast coffee. Waited 5 minutes for it, and was about to be handed a decaf.Finally I get my non decaf coffee, get home, put the cup to my mouth, and scalding hot coffee covers my shirt and pants. The lid was not secured, which I usually check, but seriously?Great job guys, keep it up.
My wife ordered coffee and donuts for Nurses Week the day prior and the order was not ready when we got there in the morning. Staff was short with her and told her she’d just have to wait. She had to go to work without coffee for her nurse coworkers and I had to come pick up the rest of the order a half an hour later because the staff was not prepared.
I looove Dunkin. Most the time the coffee is heavenly but one out of every 5 days it tastes like burnt water. But all of the employees here are amazing and sweet and kind and deserve raises. They’re always willing to remake it if it’s not right
Awful experience. We ordered online and the whole order was messed up. We had gotten medium iced coffees with flavor shots but received just black coffee even though we payed for the flavor shots. Not very happy. Could not enjoy our coffees.
Great quality, as with all Dunkin Donuts, of course. I was very impressed with the staff. I had an unfortunate thing happen, but the owner and subsequently the staff were great when responding. Everybody (customers and employees) can have a bad day, it's what happens after that matters- and these guys excelled!
Staff was great, food was as expected. Watching 4 team members drowning with orders and walking outside to find the ‘manager’ on a smoke break was pretty tough to watch.
It is a good place to grab a quick bite and some good hot coffee and if you don't drink or like hot coffee they have a great mocha or latte that are to-die-for great iced coffee and the donuts expecially the munchkin donuts are to-die-for favorite had the best jelly filled
Half our donuts were stale. The fresh ones weren’t much better. There are far better places to get a donut in the Twin Cities.
The lady working connected with me. She shared that she as well had children and proceeded to reward my children for being cute. Their card machines do not accept tips to my dismay. I will go back here. She made my kids smile.
Love this Dunkin!Love that they have the nitro and other cold brews on tap, and it's an awesome addition to the neighborhood. The staff are always super friendly and the manager is super helpful. It's in an interesting location, so there are occasional surges where the number of customers just overwhelms. When it happens, the staff are incredibly patient, polite, and helpful. Highly recommend this as a quick spot in the neighborhood.Pro tip: Put in a mobile order if you're coming in around 7:30 - 8:30 on a weekday, as that's when it gets busy.
