Made an online order at 6:46. Tracker was stuck on "Prep" forever. Tried to get in contact with the store for an hour and a half before getting through. Apparently the store is extremely understaffed and canceled my order without telling me. Can't get Domino's delivered from any other store due to the way their policy is set up.This store needs to seriously reconsider what circumstances are causing their employees to leave and get them addressed immediately. This isn't the first time this has happened and I can't imagine it'll be the last. Monday night is the least busy night of the week for most restaurants, and I could hear the phones ringing off the hook when I finally got through and told that they were over an hour behind. Just a completely unbelievable and disappointing experience, and I will likely also be going to customer support to share these concerns.
2 Hours for delivery ordered from the app, tried calling the store stated they were closed. This is my second time ordering from them. The pizza tracker didn't show them putting my order in until an hour and 30 minutes later. Definitely the worse dominos I have ordered from.
Called to check on my order over waiting an hour and was told it was going to be 2 more hours then I was hung up on the manger on duty name was John. I cancelled my order so hopefully I will get my money back as they said it takes 5 business days to even get a refund. Worst customer service ever.
Ordered my food and it said it would be 15-30 minutes for delivery. Was able to see the progress on the tracker and everything and it was out for delivery. I waited literally over an hour and it showed the driver only a block away. As soon as it was marked as "delivered" I get a notification that my order was cancelled. Waited over an hour after placing my order only to get a notification that the order is cancelled...waste of my time. Never ordering from this store
Honestly, don't bother. Waited for 2 hours for the status to change from "being prepped". Decided I would just cancel my order at that point, but was unable to do so until sitting on hold on the phone for 30+ minutes. They are consistently understaffed and should really come up with a system to say they are overwhelmed and unable to take further orders instead of constantly letting down the customers they do have. 0/10 the last 5 times we have ordered, which unfortunately in hindsight was 5 times too many of a chance for them. ???
For a Friday night the delivery was fairly fast compared to all the complaints on here but most likely people are not ordering due to the complaints and the fact that it's 9PM on a Friday night and if you call the store they have a recording saying they are closed and to call back tomorrow. When I ordered it gave me the option to do contactless delivery or hand-to-hand so I chose hand-to-hand. The driver, Mike, knocked on my door and immediately told me that it's against their policy to deliver to my door. I told him the website gave me the option so that is what I chose and he tried to embarrass me and tell me that is only for disabled people. I actually do have a medical disability and asked how he knows I am not disabled and he laughed at me and said "well, you arent in a wheelchair" and turned around and walked off. Please teach your drivers and staff that they shouldnt question anybody's disability and that not all people with disabilities are in wheelchairs. He could have called me if he was worried about covid and we could have made an arrangement but he wasnt wearing a mask if he was so worried about that and he didnt call but instead chose to admonish me while I stood in my own home.
Like many other people, I had an absolutely horrific wait time on my delivery. I place an order at around 6pm and despite the tracker claiming a 45-minute cook and delivery time, I still didn't have my food by 8pm. When I called, I was told they had no drivers and it would be another two hours before they could get my order to me. Before this, I had waited nearly two hours on a previous order and was given undercooked food, and even once been called to be informed that there would be a three hour wait time on the food due to a shortage of drivers. I was given a refund both times, though I lost my free pizza coupon.
I used the app to order a pizza delivery from this location, after 2 hours the tracking keep showing the order was being prep and they not taking the phone for anything other than take orders I had to drive there to cancel the order I paid 2h prior, i didn’t want to wait so I ended going to chipotle which was $20 chipperIf you are ordering take out from this location you’re experience might be different but other ways there’s a reason why this store have bad reviews from delivery orders! the store is clean and the workers are nice, would mind to eat from this location. Just not delivery!
Ordered a pizza two hours ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Said it would take 31-46 minutes for delivery. I've tried calling 3 times and sit on hold for 4-5 minutes each time before they hang up on me. Corporate just transfers me to the store and is unwilling to help. I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of customer service and do not recommend ordering from this store at all.
This place is ACTUALLY the worst representation of a company you could ever ask for. Every experience I have ever had here was terrible. I ordered a pizza here today. After an hour of no status updates I called them. I was placed on hold for a half an hour before I finally gave up, hung up, and called back. Hold again. I can't even cancel my order. It serves me right for ordering from here after they screamed at, swore at, and hung up on my wife last time we ordered here. Honestly, Domino's? Never again!
