Go to the one on Snelling instead. There’s a reason The Snelling one is busy and this one not so much. Oscar or Olly, the chubby kid with the hair and the attitude who takes orders should be sent packing. How do you screw up an order with the customer face to face and then argue about it
The krew is cool, here! Fernando (Manager) works hard to ensure the store operates as best as it can! Other supporting cast members, too; Auggie, Jones, Thomas, etc...! Everyone seems to care about the finished product and the food is super ? hot even on delivery orders!However, a 'lil too quick on slicing the za's sometimes! ? Not ALL slices are uniform ALL the time. It's understood, tho. It IS fast food, right!? Y'all still get my high 5!
Pizzas get thrown out after 2 hours of ordering. You must be speedy to get your pizza in time. Always order last minute
I am utterly unstatisfied with the slow service here. I wish they could improve. their pizza not consistant. to summarize, I HATE this dominos location.
Employee honest about how busy things are and upfront with customers when ordering during peak hours. Important to be patient in this labor shortage. Solid franchise off grand ave here!
That Brooklyn style crust do be bomb ma dude. So is the deep dish doe, idk if it beats that young deep dish. I'll add pics of both as I continue eating here. Peeps working the joint are nice though they're underpaid as is the rest of America. Thanks. They "paid me to deliver my own pizza" the other day when I did a pickup order L0L I love that promo but they make you use it within a week to keep you coming back. I get it but a month would be far more understandable. A week is B.S. come on Domino's you're going to "force" me to eat your pizza 2x weeks in a row and then I won't be back for another 6 months most likely whereas if your promo coupon were good for a month I'd probably have 6-10x Domino's pizzas in those 6 months. Justsayin'! Great stuff though I'm never disappointed when I get Domino's
They have a inept call center. It was an odd experience placing the order and then the store on Grand didn't even have my order placed. Respect to the workers who have to deal with nonsense that makes their job harder. Call Toppers or anywhere else.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. First order was placed and came late and cold. All good I can deal with that. Called in and told them and they gave me a credit. Called back in attempting to use the credit, order is placed food never shows up. I call in and they first tell me they cannot deliver to my address,. I explain to them that they do and the Gm gets on the phone and immediately is belligerent and argues with me that there is no order. Proceeds to argue with me for 5 mins. I ask to call the manager above him as hje is offering no resolution. He says no it will all come back to him. I tell him I ll just write reviews and he says bring it, it will not hirt his business at all and hangs up. He then calls back 20 mins later and says he apologizes and found the order and that his manager that took the order did not finalize it. He apologizes for being so rude and says he's been working too much lately. He then finalizes the order. The order comes and is again incomplete. I can totally understand mistakes but this GM is an arrogant, belligerent and needs about 80 hours of Customer service courses. Def not the best person to dealing with the customers.
Very easily one of the best customer service experience I have ever had! Long story short my pizza was taken by my neighbor tonight (11:20? On 2/4/22) :( THANKFULLY Austin was so helpful and so understanding! I will always make sure to order from this store! Huge shout out to Austin and the team that was working tonight! So if I could call it for what it is, it's fluffin weird. So here we go 1 star for the exact words I heard from this pizza place after driver shortage. Don't blame them for that weather is a factor & covid don't make it better. Better yet even a 2 hour wait isn't that bad. However my wife called twice & tried to pay online. To no avail in the end still in search of the elusive Pizza I get a ride got no cards cash in hand need 85$ in food gotta be on point so I walk in to order & pay. They don't accept 100$ bills? Huh? Dafulf you say Willis ?...? Why do I get paid cash if Dominos doesn't accept bills big enough to pay for what I want....? All bad.
