I placed a order last night at 7:50pm I never got my order. I called the store at least four times and the last time I got through to cancel my order it was 10:56pm at 11:30pm I get a call saying they can’t deliver my order I informed the young lady on the phone I had called already to cancel and she said she will cancel it. This domino’s will no longer get my service. Also I would like to add my order was stuck on someone started my making my order at 7:55pm. I’m disappointed
Nice staff. Orders are a little slow but the drivers have always been kind and informed me when they are pulling into the neighborhood. The one time my order was messed up it was fixed quickly and I got the right order within 20 minutes.
Should have checked reviews - took 2 hrs to get our order. Notice the owner of this store does not respond to any of these reviews?? Big red flag and accurate warning to potential customers.Mgmt/ownership clearly does not appreciate their customers and have earned their pathetic rating.Too bad the drivers have to be the ones who have to face their customers. I suggest a mutiny!
Don’t even bother ordering from here. It’s been at least twice now that I have tried to order a basic pizza and it takes over 2 hours, ends up having sat forever, is cold and will give you food poisoning. No.
You have to wait literally 2.5 hours for their pizza and when you call they either don’t pick up or tell you a wrong time for delivery and you food sits for 1.5 hrs before you actually get it. And it was smashed
It took 2.5 hours for me to get my order when the original tracker estimated 1.5 (90 minutes). The tracker said it was delivered and it still didn’t come for an extra 10 minutes. If their tracker is actually accurate my food was out of the oven for 1.5 hours before it was delivered. I got a cold and crusty pizza, crusty cheese bread, rock hard cinnamon twists, and no icing with my twists. I was literally so disgusted. I reached out to corporate and they told me the St Paul location would contact me. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from them. I am literally livid about the whole situation.
Your site says open until 12 but don't have the online delivery at 1030? You still have a whole hour and a half. You shouldn't be turn delivery off yet.
I am absolutely taken back by how long it took to get food from this place. I recommend not ordering from here AT ALL since I ordered delivery at 6:00 waited until 7:20 and called multiple times with no answer. I am babysitting 5 kids and they’re all hungry so I had my husband drive there since no one would answer and we had no idea where our food was. On his way there they call him to tell him they don’t have anyone on delivery that night and so they can either cancel our order or we will have to get it. He said he will pick it up since he was already on his way there and once he got there they told him that our order has been canceled and that he has to wait for them to make our order. So upset and disappointed
We ate at this location last night-we came from out of state for doctor appointments. We are in the store, pizza was hot, fresh and good.However…….the music was so loud I couldn’t hear my child talk and she was right next to me. The music was so inappropriate as well, every other word was a curse word. The employees could be heard swearing, seen on cellphones, and was told we had to leave by 8 pm even if we were not done because they were closing.No gloves were worn and the guy who took our order would take orders and then go right to making pizza without washing hands
I placed an order for delivery at about 5:55 PM. At about 7:20, I called to ask about the order, it had been listed as in quality check for over an hour. I was told that it would be between half an hour and an hour for my pizza to arrive. At about 8:20, my order was cancelled and when I attempted to call the restaurant, I got the store closed message. This is unacceptable. If it is going to take this long for a pizza to be delivered, you need to contact customers and inform them of this, regardless of how busy you are. And if you're unable to complete an order, you need to notify customers of this, again, regardless of how busy you are. This is quite frankly the worst experience I've had with a Domino's, and that includes the time I got food poisoning.
