Ordered 2 hoagies for pickup, they were really good, and they were ready as promised, great staff and great service, Thank you!
The young man taking our order was rude and had very poor customer service qualities. It was lunchtime and the place was empty. When the first person you encounter is also the person who takes your order and that person is rude it makes sense that the restaurant was empty.
Had a pleasant late-night dinner with a group here. The food and experience was pretty solid, no complaints here.
Good local pizza/sub shop. It's a good place to get exactly the quick comfort food you're looking for.I've always picked up, but they do deliver. Food is always one-time and hot. Can be a slight wait if you pick the middle of dinner rush.
I ordered ahead food was ready when I arrived and great thanks
I eat here all the time. They messed up one time I told the manager and they gave me a free pizza. Delicious pizza most of the time.
To whom it concerns, On Tuesday December 11th at 8:15pm I placed a call to your Brooklyn Center store to place a carry out/pickup order. When the female employee answered the phone I said, “Hi, can I place an order for pickup?” The response I received in return was just plain foul and appalling. With an awful attitude the female employee responded, “ ummm… No you can’t (long pause)….we close in 15 minutes.” Click she hung up on me. There wasn’t an “unfortunately we stop taking orders by a certain time” or an “I’m so sorry but we’ve stopped taking orders for the evening” or an “ our policy is ..” nothing was polite, friendly, or customer service oriented about this persons response in any shape matter or form. It was simply and quite literally appalling and abhorrent. I will be sharing my experience with others. I have such a bad taste about Ever contacting your restaurant again.
We were all very disappointed with our service last night. We ordered at 6:05, then when we saw the table behind that ordered 10 minutes after we got there get their food, we asked for an eta. It was 6:45. No big deal, we all worked service and food industry and know how busy it can get and how it may seem slow but there were likely mobile orders. They said 10 minutes and hollered to the back to put a rush on our order, and gave us an extra slice of cheese bread. 20 minutes later we get one calzone and continue to patiently wait for our food. 7:30 rolls around and we still don’t have 4 meals, so we stop the manager walking past. She snapped at us even though we were very polite saying “I’m sorry, we ordered over an hour and ago and are still missing 2 pastas and 2 hoagies. Can you please check on our order and can we maybe get the cheese bread taken off?” she kinda brushed us off saying give me a minute. We finally got our food close to 7:30, and they were very apologetic that they forgot our order twice. The food was good, but with that many kids in the kitchen you woulda thought someone would catch that big of an issue.
Very friendly service and tasty subs. Very present experience, clean, accurate, and pleasant. I would definitely go back again.
The pasta at Davanni's is very good and their prices won't break your budget. You make your selections at the counter and pick up your food when your name is called. The young woman at the counter who took our order was friendly and helpful as this was our first visit to the restaurant.
