It took 28 minutes to get food from the drive through.I ended up having to call them on the phone to get my order, only to have to wait another 8 minutes. It was expensive: over $20 for two single burger meals.Take a look at the food that came and judge for yourself if it was worth it.

Normally I don't have an issue with the location. It's as fast as Culver's can be, even with crazy drive-thru lines and my order is almost always correct. That being said, I've gone by 3 different times in the past month, and they're been randomly closed. I'm guessing they've been hit by staffing issues like many other places. I hope this location doesn't close permanently because it is a decent place to grab food.

What is up with this location? We went last week and they were out of custard at 9pm. Right now it’s 9pm and completely closed. Similar thing happened 2 months ago - short staffed so they said they were closing early and out of custard. I don’t think you can be out of custard Culver’s… Also I get being short staffed (it happens) but it’s been 2 months so why are you closed now? We are from Wisconsin and huge fans of Culver’s but this location is a disgrace

Pretty darn good fish and chips for a fast food-type restaurant. Been here about four times in the past couple of years. Each time I noticed how friendly the staff members were. There seems to be a very sincere effort by managers/owners to make this eatery a notch above most other eat-in fast food restaurants. Clean and friendly. Good food.

This place is awful. I went this afternoon and they accidentally gave my daughter who is allergic to peanuts a ice cream with peanuts in it. She realized it after one bite of her brownie bites was different. I am furious and so annoyed. Never going again!

Every time we come back to Minnesota, we stop at Culver’s! It’s always good! The burgers are excellent and the custard is the best!

Definitely the worst culver's I have been in. The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in a week. They only had one person on the register and that person also seemed to be the only one putting the orders together for both the drive through and dine in. The drive through, while I didn't use it, looked like one of the worst setups for long lines as well.

Well, the food we got was of great quality. Oil was fresh so the fries & curds looked perfect. I made a $56 order inside because I have the gd common courtesy not to subject employees, myself or other customers to doing that in drive thru. I think the lead shift changed at 6pm. If my order was completed in under 28 minutes that wouldn't have been an issue. 34 minutes total and they tried to send me out the door missing a sandwich and an order of onion rings. They got those two items out very quickly when notified and didn't doubt me. Everyone was calm and polite. Yeah, I'll be back.

Every time we come here the employees are blatantly rude, impatient, dismissive and disinterested. Culver’s as a franchise is fine, but it seems that no employee at this location can be bothered with customer service, or even common courtesy for that matter. On top of that, they rush you as the customer to order, then take inexplicably long to get the food out - even when not busy at all. We will be avoiding this one moving forward.

This Culver's is usually good but two pickle slices on my spicy chicken sandwich??? That baby needs like at least 5!!
