This is my all time favorite store!! I haven’t seen no customer service better. They always greet me with smiles when I come in. They service me quick everyone of them are so friendly also the food is AMAZING!! I moved a little further away and I still come to this store ?♥️ It’s literally my fav. Thank you all so much..

We were very pleased with our whole experience here. The lady who took our order and cooked it was informative and accommodating to us and we really appreciate that kind of service. The Jerk chicken was amazing! Great job :D

Ordered from grubhub. ordered wings and specified that I wanted spicy bbq and ranch in the notes, never got any sauce. they thought to include two pieces of plain wheat bread tho?? the "juicy lucy" was just 2 patties with cheese in-between and one patty was pretty rare when I asked for medium, so I had to fry it in a pan. I also did not get the coke I ordered. I ordered a slice of cake and IT HAD MOLD ON IT. RIGHT ON THE TOP, YOU CAN'T MISS IT. I called them the next day and asked to speak to a manager, but was told there was no one in charge that day and to get my refund thru grubhub. did not apologise and didn't seem concerned about the moldy cake. DISGUSTING.
I ordered fries and a Philly Cheese Steak. Both were delicious. We'll be trying the bbq soon as it smelled amazing. The cook was very nice as well.
I wanted to try something new so I ordered off them on Ubereats. Bought the "Ten Pieces Whole Wings(fried) with Fries, Coleslaw, bread" and a piece of cake.The chicken was super grossly oversalted :( Which is coming from someone who loves salty foods. I honestly couldn't eat more than a few pieces without feeling sick it was so overwhelming. Something else seemed "off" about it but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe the chicken was refried like other people have said.Fries were good. Typical fries, nothing wrong there.Bread was.. well I was expecting something like Raising Canes, a unique little piece of toast. Instead it was just.. well, bread. Plain sandwich bread. Two pieces. Idk???The cake was a little on the small side but tasty at least.Not a good first experience. I won't be reordering and I'll be more hesitant about the quality of smaller local chains on Ubereats.
