This is for sure the worst chipotle, and quite possibly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I went in at 11am on a weekday and there were about 4 people in line ahead of me. It took over 20 minutes to get through the line because they made so many online orders before helping anyone in the store. They should space the online orders out every other or fulfill those in the back like most other locations do.
I frequent this Chipotle and I came in tonight as I was on my way home from work. The employee working let me know that they’re having outages and they weren’t able to make my order. I feel for them so hard because I work at Starbucks and we were experiencing similar outages last year. They are in the trenches, they are suffering because I know there’s customers that were rude about it. This location is always a good experience. The employees are very nice, fast, and efficient. If I online order, I never have any issues! They do work hard. Most of the times I come in is during a rush and they are doing their best!
This Mickey mouse show is unbelievable. Can't order at the counter. Place is a mess. Takes 20 min for a online order. Qr code takes you to a 404 error page. Employees look as if they are about to walk off the job. Why they stay at this joke of a location is beyond me. Grand Avenue is a beautiful district. This Chipotle is a dump. They owe us time and about 30 bucks.
Got a grub hub order from here and half of what I ordered wasn't put into the bowl. It was the smallest burrito bowl I have ever seen, and I ordered a lot of extras. Also the chips taste like old corn oil. Don't go to his chipotle.
The cashier realized it was past his clock out time and left in the middle of a long line. When asked if he could check us out first he just blankly stared. Not sure what kind of foolish high school children yall hiring here. The only genuine person was the African American woman with a tattoo sleeve! Definitely appreciated her but the other staffing up front needs help.
I have absolutely no words. I ordered online and these people had the AUDACITY to put rotten gauc in my order. Please do not come or order from here, it is not worth it.
Do not order pick up from here. I waited over 30 minutes for an online order, had to approach the employees myself to figure out what was taking so long and was met with attitude and no apology. I felt like they were annoyed I was asking where my food was.They also ignored the other people waiting on online orders, instead completing in person and call in orders. I would have been more understanding if it had been busy but it wasn't and there was an obvious lack of customer service.Edit: I think the reason why online orders were messed up was because the order tickets had been thrown away. I saw employees digging them out of the garbage (they did immediately wash hands after doing so). It seems to have been human error but no one in the store told any of us who were waiting or ask which orders we were waiting for.

Consistently the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They're always out of items and the wait is always very long. Sometimes they lock the doors 45 minutes before closing so I would not recommend ordering for pickup close to closing. The staff is very nice when you get to ordering though.
I would give this location a ZERO star if I could. On two different occasions the store was closed without notice. I had placed my order ahead of time and instead of making it or being nice about it, (I am always very understanding) they just told us to leave and shut the doors. What the hell?! This store needs to close down asap or get better management. Making me lose hope in chipotle
