Slow service. Bobas tea is ok.I understand they don’t do stamps anymore, but they should still honor existing cards that have been stamped and give the free boba.RE reply: It's not about the stamping the cards, it's honoring the redemption of stamp card. I had 10+ stamps on both of the cards, but was denied of a free boba cup.
The Sereni-Tea (mango, lavender and green milk tea) is a delicious combo. Unfortunately, I asked for it the least sweet and it was still quite sweet so I’m not sure what the level was. And I paid extra for popping boba and got the wrong ones. Staff was training that day and I have patience for that but fairly slow ordering process and wait time and confusing / hard to read menus in different places. Expensive for not getting what I ordered. I would go back to try that drink again and see if it could be made right.
This is the first time we are actually being here and then I was so upset the reason because I thought the bubble tea suppose to be good but unfortunately I was wrong i was went in the shop for the shaving ice they don't have it today and then I was ordered the brown sugar bubble tea and then my kiddos they're having the same feeling with me (either the bubble tea they're staying in the counter too long get ? ? Socky that's mean the bubble wasn't freshest even though I do understand that store need the customer to run to continue to make the fresh bubble so I will suggest you guys make the less and just keep the customer to coming and then to make it more just friendly suggest/and alsobsmile for the customer
This is the best Bubble Tea Shop in Twin Cities!
Slow service, waited over 10 mins without being greeted or acknowledged by staff. Also had a stamp card filled to get one drink free but was not honored because they discontinued it. That's fine if they stop giving stamps out, but the least they could do was honor it. The drink was sooo sweet even though I asked for 20% sweetness. First and last time coming here.
Cha Yes used to be one of my go to boba places when I lived nearby. But when I came in today I was super disappointed at how it has become. I ordered my drink and the price went up which that will happen and I didn’t mind. But what made my experience here extremely disappointing was the quality of my drink! I had ordered a large brown sugar milk tea ($7) and my first sip was crunchy! I had a few more sips and was still super crunchy! Either the sugar was not melted correctly or I was possibly served with old crystallized sugar. I was not happy because the drink did not taste how it used to. Definitely not worth the money anymore.I also found it a bit of inconvenience that when I handed my $10 bill to pay, the employee decided to slowly start counting and putting other bills in the register before handing me my dollar change. It was as if the drawer was not ready for the day.
The drink was supar and overpriced. I got the coconut milk tea with flan topping and it was a total disappointment. The milk tea tasted like it was water down coconut milk. I could’ve bought 2 bottle of coconut milk at target for the price of this Coconut milk tea.
It costs $7.28 for a regular green tea milk foam without boba today (Jan 28)??? Last time I was there (on Jan 25), it was just $6.20. And the service I got today is terrible. They must be new, so they don't know how to take the order and how to serve customers well. Please take time to train your employees.
I had their taro and coconut mixed smoothie with boba. It was delicious. Not too fond of their shaved ice but I bet the kids would love it. Super family friendly atmosphere.
I used to work here as an employee. I loved it and the drinks and everything. going back to try it again after being out of state for the longest, and it did not satisfy me. The drinks taste plain, and the toppings are not it. me and my husband got lychee jelly and it was not jelly at all, the jelly wasn’t good. there was no flavor to it. I also got a Peach Lychee Iced Tea, one of the signatures and it was not good. There were nasty black clumps within my drink and it taste like water to me.
