The Caribou chain of coffee shops are our favorite and this location does top the list. This is a busy location and the parking is horrible. But the staff is friendly and efficient. I love that you can order ahead for a particular time with the Caribou app as we do this all a time and they always have our order ready when we need it. Thank you!
Hands down the sexiest coffee shop in Highland Park.
It's a place for coffee, and some food. Small parking lot. Staff is ever revolving but always nice. The neighborhood can be smug, luckily the staff is usually college folks and enjoy a variety of people.

Fifteen plus minutes to receive my simple coffee with cream order from the same lazy gal who took my order…rather than simply do a half turn from the register to the pour spout right away, I need to literally ask for my coffee. AND THEN…wait for it…SHE FAKED THAT SHE PUT CREAM IN IT!! I literally saw her fake pour cream into my cup from a metal canister.I’m new to the neighborhood and will never go back…I wish I could’ve taken back my tip I put in the cup.

Clean place with awesome, knowledgeable and friendly baristas. You can always order ahead and just walk right up to your made beverage.
This is the worst Caribou Coffee, ive been here at least 15 times and everytime is unpleasant experience. All the workers here act like they are supposed to a Tenured Proffesor at the university accross the street and they are only working as a barista as a punishment. Entitled is the word that comes to mind, I don't give a bad review lightly but seriously go to any other Caribou but this one!!! You have been warned.
