Great little shop.So for the last month or so daily I've been getting the coffee grounds in my beverage to the point it's undrinkable. Today again it's happened and I understand that mistakes happen. But not daily and it's caribou or Starbucks. The possibility of switching stores is kinda disturbing but so is paying $6 for a undrinkable beverage..
Caribou GOTTA stop putting shake power/ vanilla syrup in their matcha lattes ? I don't want a vanilla shake.If there was anything I could take to their product team it would be this.Buuut other than that it's a great small caribou for your coffee ?
I love this location, it close to where I live. This was the 2nd time though that I ordered a Dark chocolate Campfire Mocha and they left the chocolate chips off the top. It tasted good though.
Great location and great parking. Efficient and effective service. I bought 4 lb of coffee to be ground and they quickly took care of it and I was out the door.
I've done it! I've reached a top restaurant reviewer, although I mainly reviews thrift and antique shops. But I certainly do enjoy a good Caribou treat. So a review must happen. The employees seem happy to be here, they said hello ?. When you are greeted with a hello I assume the employees are well fed and watered. I do hope you are treated well. I want to support my local caribou but I’m having a hard time when my order is wrong 3/4 of the time and I’m constantly paying for things that I don’t receive. Even on mobile orders when it is typed out for them and nobody is in line.
Aaron was the barista who assisted me today, and wow they were awesome. Super friendly. I didn’t know what I wanted, so they made a suggestion and now it’s my favorite caribou drink ever!! They’re really a gem. ?
I’ve been looking for the spinach artichoke sandwich at Caribou and at least twice at different locations they didn’t have it, but this one did! I was so happy! And the cashier who helped me out was super kind. The bathroom was clean, and the food and drink was good.
What am I going to do without my Caribou Coffee when I move back to Canada? Bring Caribou to Calgary, Alberta please. I would gladly open the first store for you. I got my Caribou touque here and it will always give me good memories.
This is only my third time visiting this location however here's my experience:1. Apparently I can't drive, all three attempts thru the drive-thru I've had to adjust2. I only drink one beverage from you all and that is your medium dark chocolate turtle mocha3. I am a rewards member4. First visit medium dark chocolate turtle mocha I'm not sure what I received because it tasted more like warmed up milk second visit medium dark chocolate turtle mocha that I would like to upgrade to a large but because they didn't ask for my rewards number at the beginning it had to be corrected at the window mind you they had a small once I got to the window I'm not sure what happened to the medium third visit medium dark chocolate turtle mocha so sweet I'm not sure what I was drinking5. Because I have my account with you on automatic fill up I still have money on my account however once I use that I will not be returning to any caribou
