I like this Caribou! They mostly do a really good job. This specific location offers great service. They have small parking space for their customers.

Served us two breakfast sandwiches cold.Couldn't administer a refund to the card I paid on- needed someone else (a manager I assume) to come to the store to do that. Refused to refund in cash (I understand company policy is to administer a refund the same method as payment was rcvd but I've also worked enough cashiering jobs for different companies that I know there is usually some wiggle room for making a decision in the business/customers best interest).Manager came, completed the return. Offered 2 drink vouchers. Still left a bar taste in my mouth. Literally cause I ordered that newish dragon fruit blended boust drink and it suuuuucked.
I had a Fa LA Latte that was interesting it's a latte made with egg nog. I don't do coffee shop much cause $5+ for a cup is a little high for my liking. This particular Caribou is the one I do stop at nice people working there. Tables on Grand avenue in summer is nice
Consistently timely with online orders. Friendly staff. I went here for my birthday to get a free drink and all three employees were genuine in extending happy birthday wishes. A lovely way to start my day and my birthday. Thank you!
