It smells like a caribou coffee. It looks like a caribou coffee. And I'm convinced this is, in fact, a caribou coffee. The employees seem to enjoy their time here. I'm sure they are not being chain up and forced to work about. The store is clean and well organized. ? keep up the good work ? ?

Was going to purchase coffee, but their bathrooms were both closed...drinking coffee and having to pee does not work out well...Staff is usually friendly and service is good. I just need to drink coffee in a place that supports my bladder:)
Ok this should have a ten star option. I was given the best service. So I asked for a Chai Tea and they were out so I ordered iced Mango Tea instead. My friend and I enjoyed our drinks and a super delicious egg sandwich with artichokes and while we were eating the delivery truck arrived and I thought I would go up and ask if they had Chai Tea now. But no, before I could get up, the male barrista came to my table, and delivered me a hot cup of Chai Tea at no charge. This young man is going places! I was utterly floored, and so impressed. And may I say I was also delighted that there was no pressure to wear a mask either and I will remember that because I cannot wear one and don't appreciate any trouble about it. Best Caribou hands down! And give that young man a huge raise and a promotion!!

Drinks are always spot on here. Ryder goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Really appreciate them going the extra mile to make visiting here a breeze.
I been a customer at this location for sometime right now and the reason for the one star is not because of the location. However, this morning I want to this location to get my coffee and it is the second time the same lady interacted with me in a rude way. I think her name is lala with a blond hair.
The breakfast bagel sandwich was darn good.
Always good coffee and always fast!
