Don't go to this location. Opens at 6am and closes at 2pm. Right when I enter the chairs are not even put down post pandemic. The bathrooms were not sweep nor mopped. The cashier kepts saying that my order couldn't be made because they dont have it. She thought I was saying Thai tea instead of Chai Tea. But with the words that close why didn't she just put two and two together.Further more not a happy friendly face from the cashier. I don't know if it's the dynamic of that store because of the customer they serve, but I'll be taking my business down the next exit.
Your website says your open till 6. I showed up at 4:30 open sign was on, get to the door and says close at 2pm. I needed my caffeine.
Website says they close at 4pm. Door days 2pm. Update your times online. I drove all the way there just to find out they are closed.

Staff is always friendly I like the service but this location dining is closed and you can’t just chill in the cold ..so grab and go
Asked for a classic bagel with egg and turkey sausage and they gave me a egg sandwich with Turkey lunch meat… and asked for a Chai Tea and they gave me coffee…
Very disappointed. I am an avid Caribou/bruegger's bagel fan. This location was sub par. Terrible drinks with way too much flavor despite requesting less flavor, sandwiches very salty. Wasted $20 here. I will never go to this location again.

Went in to order waited in line for 3 mins, after the employee help the African American, she decided she go change trash bags and stood their talking to other employees! I just stood at front of line looking! Turned and left! Yeah it’s gotta be reverse discrimination by the African American since I’m Asian! Not buying caribou coffee at this location anymore! If this keeps up I might just go to Starbucks! At least I know what type customer services I get there!
