The three women working today are incredible and deserve some recognition. They were so kind to me when I first got here and ordered, and now while I'm sitting here working, I can hear how nice they are to every single customer that walks through the door. It's 99 degrees out today and someone came in just to ask for water and they immediately gave him one and made sure he was doing okay. I'll absolutely be coming back to this location again.
The batista was unfriendly and a little snapping when she asked for my perks number. Then instructed me to slow down with the phone number. No problem. But when the vanilla and the caramel highrise taste exactly the same. When I mention it to her she got upset. I just wanted what I paid for is all. Will not return to that location. Still love my Caribou Coffee!
Usually it's an okay location but today I placed an online order and showed up at around 10 AM to pick it up to find the store was closed with the lights off. It's not a holiday, and the store hours on the window said it was meant to open at 6. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to be refunded for my purchase ( I bought a coffee and a sandwich).
great service thru the drive-thru. Latte and sausage breakfast sammich hot 'n tasty. i have no idea why you would go to the place with green colors or any other coffee shop. Caribou is tops!
Have been meeting here with a few associates every month or so. Got here today, no one checked for vax cards, tables were all turned over and I was told the dining room was not open due to city COVID mandates. Not sure what mandate that is because there is none that closes dining rooms that I'm aware of. There were no signs, nothing on the website so we had no previous knowledge. Had to scramble to let my associates know. While texting them from inside the store, was told I was not allow to "linger". Tried to explain I'm trying to let the rest of our party know not to come there. Was asked to do that outside, it was negative 2 out. I left and won't be back.
Caribou.....DO BETTER! My husband and I have always liked Caribou Coffee, but are now chagrined that every single Caribou we visit attempts to overcharge us for a single shot of chocolate syrup. He wants ONE shot...not two.... not three.... not four.... just one shot. Why does EVERY Caribou Coffee we visit insist that we must pay for two shots, even if we only get one? There was one exception, where the employee wanted to charge us for four shots.
Everything at this Caribou was what it was supposed to be good customer service drinks were up before we were done ordering very professional
Really nice I was in there when there was not too many people I was on a bike trip stopped in had a quick lunch and the food was hot the coffee was great and the service was wonderful.?
