Great service. OUr food came our fresh and hot and with a smile! All of the employees were fantastic and were upbeat and happy. The whole place seemed to perk up and be a bit more lively than other locations I have been at.
This location always fail to give me what I ask for when ordering takeout especially the sauce! On June 10, 2022, me, my husband and infant (with a car seat) dine in and they had the left side of the dine in seating closed so only the right side along with bar area was opened. The hostess saw that my husband was carrying the car seat and said “we only have high chairs available” when they had an empty booth that was not cleaned up yet along with a table becoming available. She just stood there and looked at us and did not offer anything else. I then went on and said we’ll wait for the table to be cleaned up. Table was finally cleaned up and we were seated. We waited 10+ minutes with no help or even water. A group came after us and were seated at the booth to which a waiter tend to them first. Finally the hostess came and asked if we’ve been helped and I told her no so she sent a waiter to our table shortly. The waiter was not attentive at all, our food portion were small and not like other portions I’ve had in the past. A basket of fries were literally a small bowl and my husbands salad was more like a side salad that was not worth the $11 bucks. This is my last time going to and ordering from this location.
Second and last time I’ll visit this restaurant. First experience awful, but gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back. On both occasions I received wings that were clearly pre made, well in advance. Cold, chewy, yuck! Service sucked both times. Totally understand why the restaurant has nearly no guests both time. Do not waste your money.
Was very much looking forward to a good burger.. it was like 2 leather Pattie’s …. So disappointing.. at least the dogs don’t mind dry overcooked beef.Take your money elsewhere, that’s my suggestion.
Buffalo wild wings is one of my favourite places to go for wings and the food is consistently good for years. I love the thai curry wings, along with lemon pepper, spicy garlic & buffalo dry wings. Potato wedges weren't bad either. I wonder why they stopped serving veggies ie. Carrots & cucumbers alongwith, probably covid related cutbacks.However, it pains me to take a star off the rating even though the service actually warranted more stars to be deducted. The main guy in charge of seating us wanted to us to wait 20 minutes because there was no staff to clean several empty tables, which he reluctantly did and then used the same piece of cloth to clean the menus. Wow, sanitization, hygiene!The waits to get the server were long and hard to catch her attention although she was nice and courteous at all times, just over worked. The floor was wet throughout our stay there. Overall, it seemed they were under staffed or under trained, either of which hampered my overall experience of what is one of my favourite places to eat. I recommend their food for sure!
Gone downhill. Last two times I got wings for takeout in the past two weeks the wings were dry with almost no sauce. Both orders were hard and tasted only like breading and sodium. Check your orders before you leave even though that's their job.
I went here to eat with my girlfriend and we had a good time together. The customer service was 3 stars, bathroom stall had lights off and wasn't turned on (I needed to use it and asked to turn it on), the food was 3 stars, the meat was kind of hard to chew and lots of sauce on what I ordered (original buffalo). 3 stars if I found reasons why it was good but 2 because the waiter kept forgetting us about everything and the employees seemed like they couldn't help with the stall lights.
Came here on a Thursday BEFORE dinner rush and the dining room was half full, sat at the bar for what I thought would be easy and quick service. First two tap beers I tried to order weren’t even available and the menu wasn’t updated. Ordered the boneless wing special and waited close to an hour for my food. Two other parties who came and sat at the bar after me got their orders and finished before I even got mine. Ended up cancelling my wing order and got food somewhere else. Feel like I should have just put in an online order as it seemed like there were hundreds of to-go orders coming out of the kitchen. How in the world is this location still open? I’m seeing so many similar negative reviews about wait times and bad service.
Tasty wings, good special Tuesday night. Service is average except from Bob. They forgot the pico de gallo on our chip dip sampler.
