5 stars for coffee quality, the best in St Paul. The only reason I give 4 stars is that it's disappointing the cafe is still closed. I get why it would have been closed from 2020-2021 but we have the means to protect ourselves now.Maybe I'm not understanding something but to be a destination coffee spot, it's a bummer the indoor space isn't operating.

I've been coming here for years, not sure how I've never left a review.The coffee has always been great, the muffins and danishes are good. You HAVE to try the seasonal specials. My favorite they've ever had is the spring lemon lavender miel latte.The workers are always really nice and friendly. It's a lovely place to come for a quiet cup of coffee in the mornings. I studied for my GRE here because it's nice and peaceful on summer mornings. 10/10 would recommend

This is the best coffee (imo) in the Twin Cities. I have this shipped to me when I am out of state that is how much I love these peoples and their coffee. Always pull a great espresso, always roast their beans on point. Thanks Bootstrap.. All of you. You are a part of my everyday life.

This is a fantastic place. They sell much more than delicious drinks and they have a great seating area outside that does have a fire roaring much of the time. The staff has always been so friendly and there is a reward system that gives you points to use. If you like coffee, you need to try this place!
Today was my first time getting Bootstrap coffee and I have been missing out! The staff is so friendly and chatted while I tried to decide what I wanted. The maple latte is the best latte I have ever had. I’m almost finished and am contemplating going back for another…will absolutely be going back!
