Food was good and well prepared. Staff was nice. My disappointment with the visit was that they did not have any ice for drinks, which wasn't told to me until after I paid for my meal. They said the pop was cold though, which it really wasn't. No change in price to my meal. Other than that it's worth a try.
This place is dirty managed by a careless..." manager" . Bathrooms are locked under a " dirty tagged key what you have to pick up from front desk. We stay 3 people in line. 1 customer left because can't wait any longer. Reported to manager...U just lost 1 customer because of your controlling policy.- I don't care...!!! Really...you should.No wonder why your restaurant is empty @ 12:15 06/20/2022 when is lunch time.Because you don't care...shame
This is really close to me and I have been going there twice a week for 10 plus years and only once was my order wrong. Great friendly staff that fed me so many times during the height of the Pandemic especially.
The Caucasian General Manager always throws my food to me. He's done it more than once. So, the very last time, he through my tray towards me, I ate left and will not return.
Won't break change for $50 when they clearly had it said they didn't because of shift change.Nasty mozzarella sticks.
Ordered take out and when I got home we discovered they shorted us 2 orders of fries, called and they said next time we go back they won't charge but still unfortunate that it happened.
Nothing worse than old fried food. But otherwise Arbys is always good
I prefer this Arby's more than any other in the St Paul & Mpls area because they serve food hot & fresh & are willing to fix your order if it's wrong. They could improve on customer service though a little better. The prices are a little high & they don't have as many deals like they used to. They also got rid of the dollar menu which I absolutely hate. You guys should put it back on the menu again. It would save us alot of money.
No dine in still. The staff seemed cautious when having to tell me. Be kinder to service workers. They are experiencing the same pandemic and then some very rude people on top of it every single day.
Service was fast but unfortunately the syrup was out for the coke and they forgot our sauces. It was to busy to get back in line to correct the mistakes.
