I have never written a review for a fast food restaurant because you know what you're getting, but I'm taking the time to write a review due to the exceptionally pleasant dine-in visit I had here. The employees were all so kind and went out of their way to be sociable and provide top-knotch customer service. (This was a weekday around 2:00, as I'm not sure if the time of day had an impact!)
Was trying to order from here three weeks in a row now using the doordash app, but to my surprise they have modified their options not allowing you to make anything a meal. I refuse to order all items seperate and pay $20 or more per meal, that is ridiculous! Good job Arby’s, I know Im only one person but you just lost my business.
Much love to Tawanda and all the night crew at this location. She went above and beyond and made me one of those new Wagyu burgers (that are surprisingly delicious btw) for me 5 min from close even though the sign said they were sold out after what I can only assume was a gruesome work shift. Her customer service was above and beyond, and gestures like this and great service, should be rewarded, noticed and praised. I hope it comes back to her and her team in much blessings and great karma. Currently enjoying the delicious burger. THANK YOU to all!
The one thing I came to eat at Arby's was their potato cakes.. just to find out that they have discontinued them from the menu.
They took the ham off their menu and the potatoe cakes the burger wasn't cooked all the way the fries were lukewarm
Fast drive- thru ! Food was delicious ? The gentleman at the window was very kind and welcoming. Their new chicken nuggets are so good! Will definitely be back!
The gentleman working the drive thru window was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that's kind of inconvenient is the positioning of the drive thru. Usually you would pull into the parking lot and pull up to the drive thru window but this one has you pulling in and then going around the back, along the side and entering the drive thru window back in the front and has you exiting the drive through into the back of the parking lot.
All I can say is, usually our food is great but all of it was really cold this time.Also we are 2 of many that want the Potato Cakes Back. Sometimes we go other places just because of it.
It was dinner time so there was a line in the Drive-Thru but it moved well. When I got up to the window there were a couple of employees that actually seemed like they like their job. It was very refreshing and fun! The food was good and got everything I ordered!
It saddens me to give a 1 star to Arby's because they are one my favorite fast foods. I went to this Arby's at 10.06 Wednesday night order abrisket sandwich large curly fries and drink .I pulled around as I'm stopping at window the cashier spits out of the window while I right there and turns to me and says my bad.In this day in age spitting in between window and car could be frown upon. Honestly I really didn't care I just wanted my food and go home. So I go home they gave me crinkle fries and small chicken sandwich. I don't how they mix it up because they was no one there. I tried to call no one answered. Just be better Arby's.
