Rude employees. I found weird yellow stuff at the bottom of my cup, it made me cough over and over it felt like I had speckles of sand in my throat. I thought maybe it was powder and maybe it wasn’t mixed well but still it wouldn’t dissolve. Idk what it was but this will be my first and last time here.
With a wide selection of different drinks, additions, and desserts, this place offers something for everyone.The staff are great. They were very kind, offering suggestions and providing excellent service from order to pickup.It may be unassuming, but Tii Cup is worth a visit for a nice tea or sweet! ?
Last week I stopped in here because they had a truck outside that stated Tii SnowCone Slushy or something along those lines. I have been craving a snowcone for the last year or two and haven't been able to get any anywhere. So we stotpped in. We found out that they in fact do not sell snowcones but they do sell tii slushys with the jellies in it. The jellies are SO good. We got the strawberry kind and was really impressed. They have a huge selection to choose from and I highly reccommend this plave if you haven't been here. it's really good. The employees are very personable as well and knowledgable about the different kinds of teas.

Great boba place and nice atmosphere. No seating sadly, but great drinks!
Even though there is no legal mask mandate, they still enforce their own mask mandate very strict. If you are not wearing one, they will remind you that you need one, will not provide one, and will ask you to leave if you don't have one. They need to get off this moral high horse because I will no longer be shopping here and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
I love stopping in to Tii Cup and trying new drinks. Their staff are kind and even when in the rare case one of my drinks is wrong they are happy to fix it. Even though it means there’s nowhere indoors to sit and enjoy my drink, I’m glad they’re taking COVID seriously and still requiring masks.
Having kids run a business is insane. Having rude kids run a business is even more insane. White girl with curly brownish redish hair manager on duty beyond rude and lazy. Did not want to get her staff cash in the back and insisted they were all out of cash for the day and proceeded to give me back over 3 dollars in change. Do better and hire employees that can do their job and support their staff when staff asks for it. Her co worker asked 3 times for cash and was given three different answers as to why she didn't want to.Friday night at 8pm I'm sure you can figure out who ur manager on duty was or what employee this is.Find better support. As someone in the industry and manage full restaurants you can tell when someone is over it and doesn't want to do their job
Loved their split cup option that can be customized. A friend suggested I tried boba. I did not know what to order so I did the split cup with Jasmine tea 1 and golden milk tea 2. If you want to try boba tea but are not sure what you would like try the golden milk tea ( or w/e its called) - boba is included. It is sweet, fyi. Boba itself does not have a very strong flavor.. They have a different kind of texture though.. "slimy", "fuzzy", "chewy". Would not recommend the green tea waffle - there was just nothing special about it.
Great place for some refreshing drink. The menu is overwhelming so just stick to the barista favorites posted on the front.
