I couldn't get a Starbucks open.When I googled I got store #2209 at 2305 fairview Ave in Roseville .I made it on the nick of the time just before they closed at 10pm.Alodra took my order and she was owesomely courteous. I said give me your name I will definitely say something good about you.By the way all people working at Starbucks have always been good to me.They give me water when Iam thirsty in summer and Iam out of reach of a store.They don't deny us bathrooms whenever we happen to need which is once in a long time or once in a blue moon when in need.Starbucks workers remind me of our days when young ones had discipline and respect for everyone. Thank you Starbucks!!!!
The customer service was terrible. We walked in, the big lady with tattoos took our order without even looking or smiling at us then she didn't even tell us if the transaction was complete. We waited while she was looking down touching something, possibly her phone. She just went silent. A guy who was replenishing items walked by and asked us if we'd been helped. We did get help, but we just didn't know if the transaction went through and if we could move to the other end to wait for our drinks. So absolutely rude. If you don't want to talk to people then don't work in customer service/retail. I don't want to talk to unpleasant people, either. Hire nicer people Starbucks! I used to work at Starbucks and it cost me nothing to offer a smile and give someone their receipt.
I typically have positive experiences at this location. However, with the closure of the Starbucks location in Cedar Riverside, much of the leftover customer base has sought out this location as the best nearby alternative. Notably, it is one of the few locations in the Twin Cities that stays open until 10 p.m. post-pandemic. One thing the old Cedar Riverside Starbucks did correctly was adjust its hours during Ramadan to 12 a.m. This was the standard before COVID. I visited yesterday evening on 4-10-2022. To say they were swamped with customers would be an drastic understatement.There were people lined up to the bathrooms in the lobby area & cars wrapped around the block for the drive-through. Here is my question: why can't this location adopt a similar schedule as the old Cedar Riverside location to accommodate the annual Ramadan rush in the name of inclusivity for underrepresented demographic communities? Starbucks stands to gain a generous profit from the local Muslim American community if it adjusted its hours for Ramadan considering the diversity of the area demographics. Think of the public relations material!Here is a headline idea worth considering: Starbucks adjusts to meet the needs of its community by localizing to meet demands driven by local Muslim-American demographics in a world struggling to overcome Islamophobia!
I’m a regular here and chosen to be for going on 9 years now…. They are alway on top of there barista game while still knowing all “secret menu” items.When I do my homework inside they are always clean and on top of their duties. They even give Hank, my French Bulldog, treats every time we come in and a Pup-Cup to go. By far my fave location.
Very friendly staff. Clearly they are working very hard as almost every time i come here it is super busy, but they still get orders out quickly. Great job!
I ordered a decaf pour over at noon today and told them last time it was really watery and they made it perfect today! Good job
Love Starbucks and never have really had a problem before this. Went through drive through and as she handed me my iced drink the lid came off and it went everywhere. All over my car, my sweater, and she rolled her eyes and shut the window. Totally not her fault the lid didn’t stay on, but I hadn’t even grabbed it yet, so I didn’t end up getting the drink I paid for and was left with a mess.
Tonight I stopped by to get a cold brew for morning and the staff was great! Ben and Alexis were out front and Alexis was kind and a joy to chat with. Ben was incredibly helpful in getting my order taken care of.
As a barista it can be really hard for me to find the perfect coffee. They made my drink perfect, and my partners drink! We got beyond sandwiches with our drink as well. It was so good, the service is great! I believe their name was Kenna(?) or kenni(?) tried to look at the name tag but I don’t remember. :)
You can never go wrong with starbucks!!! Amazing staff, fresh amazing coffee. Highly recommend A+++++
