Super friendly staff! By far some of the best customer service in the city. When you see a team working and laughing together, it must be a good place to work. Nice job! And thank you Ben for your kindness this morning by offering to help me with the menu even though you hadn’t started work yet. That’s true customer service. ♥️

Drive thru moves quickly. Staff is polite and efficient.

Decent lemonade, good service. The prices are a little inflated, but it's what you expect from Starbucks.

On 01/16/22 at 5:05pm I drove through their drive through for a grande cappuccino, ordered saying i would like to get it with light foam. It was $4.78, I got to the pick up window to get surprised by a cup that’s empty, I swear there was a like a drop of a coffee and bunch of foam, I drove back to the line and said you guys gave me an empty cup, can you re-do it? The barista said I can’t take it back from you because of COVID! (Though he gave it to me while there’s COVID). this is not the first time this store does this, they’re used to charging almost $5 dollar for a coffee and giving you an empty cup no matter how much you describe how you want your coffee. they refused to fix mine unless they make me another one! I didn’t want two coffees. I left their empty cup on their window.

Asked for caramel syrup but instead they gave me caramel drizzle so they said they would remake it then just SCRAPED THE TOP OFF and GAVE IT BACK. Went back to ask for a refund. Was given it. Then handed the frappuccino back after telling them I didn’t need it just for her to tell me she just re-blended the drink and slammed the window shut.

This Starbucks needs to adjust the projections on ordering Carmel. They seem to always be out. They have to many drinks to have signs up to say they are out. Customer service is great as I went through the drive thru. I ended up just getting a regular coffee instead of my Carmel Burelee. (spelling?)

Staff is too busy head banging to loud terrible music to help customers. Stood at cashier station for over ten minutes. Three people stood behind counter talking to each other about personal stuff and ignoring me. It's not relaxing inside. Music is too loud and AWFUL selection. Perhaps if baristas put as much time into the customers as they did their hair they might actually provide service of some kind.

Carter the Leo ♌️ is the best thing to happen at Starbucks during late night drive through.

Kind of a cozy little out of the way Starbucks. I was glad ordering ahead was available and the employees seemed real friendly and catering to customers needs.

The lady with the green hair was wonderful
