Stopped here with a friend on the way out of the mall. My double espresso came right up. My friend's cappuccino took forever though. I wouldn't normally be upset about that, but instead of making my friend's drink, they made a blended drink for another mall employee. Who ordered after us. And who chatted up the staff the whole time, slowing things down further.Won't go back.
The lady I ordered with was very nice. The lady who made my drink was horribly rude and made it wrong. After asking her a after double checking my order she refused to fix her mistake. By far the worst drink I’ve gotten from any Starbucks.
I’ve gone here like 4 times and they’ve never made my drink correctly. Even after asking them to remake it. I’m not picky either, just go somewhere else lol
I love coming here for something quick and simple and the staff are always lovely and amazing! They offer helpful suggestions and are always willing to do their best to help any customer regardless of circumstance. It’s truly a shame there are so many negative reviews, these are great people and I wish them the best! ❤️

There are a few nice people who work here, but mostly the employees are all rude and seem to HATE their job. The drinks are inconsistent too, and I don't feel like I can approach them to ask for it to be fixed or remade because they are so unfriendly. I Just put $6.60 down the sink because it tasted awful and nothing like what I ordered and when I went up to ask them about it they basically said "I don't know" and walked away to make more drinks. I'm done with this Starbucks!

Went there a few days ago and the lady that was checking me out had me swipe my card multiple times. She said she cancelled the other charges but it didn’t actually cancel. I got charged multiple times and I can’t get a hold of anyone. Wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks.
