Fries were cold and salty. Not fresh.. and they rip you off by charging you this making a meal cost. Also charged me 50 cents more for tots instead on a kids meal. . Just thought it was a rip off for the style of burger. Nothing fancy. Five guys is better.Spendy. Kids meal is about the same cost for a regular burger.
I'm not sure what was the most comical; the apathy of the employees, or that the manager ACTUALLY told them "this is how I get my bonus" after hustling them to clean the store. (If anyone is reading this that wants to look into it, let me know I'd be happy to provide more details.)Overall, the state of the store was as expected for a fast food place, nothing to rave about. As usual, food was pretty good - though from what I understand, you'd almost have to try to screw up the systematic cooking processes they have.
So I retracted my bad review before because I mixed it up with another restaurant. However, I'm standing in your restaurant right now May 14, 2022 and some young lady with green hair just informed us all (14) patrons at 5:00pm that she will NOT BE TAKING ORDERS TILL 5:30pm and it will STILL BE A 30MIN WAIT!!! WHAT???!!! THIS place has really gone down! And I WON'T RETRACT THIS!!! Then they forgot one of my sandwiches so I TO DRIVE BACK HERE!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
Ordered online, burger was pretty good but they rip you off with the tots! ~$3.50 (depending on which kind you get) gets you like 10-12 tots. Included a ketchup packet for scale. I only chose smash burger for the tots since I can get a good burger from a number of other places. Definitely disappointed.
This was my first time ordering. I wish they had some type of combo deal. The burger was a little salty but I added mayo and jalapeños when I got home and it helped. The burger and tots are really good. I would order again.
My son and I visited 2 weeks ago Sunday. We had a delicious meal. There were limited staff members at the restaurant, but they were very pleasant, helpful and GOOD at what they do :)
The staff despite the overwhelming lunch rush and short handed circumstances were so friendly, attentive, honest and hard working! Such a great dining in experience and environment the teams encouraging and uplifting words of endearment we're so beautiful and inspiring to watch I was grateful for the uplifting and humility it brought about in me! Thank you so much keep on shining bright!
The black bean burger here is out of this world! The really remarkable thing here, though, is the customer service. Eric was so kind, careful with our order, and went above and beyond in service. Give this man a raise Smashburger!! :)
My boyfriend and I stopped in because both of our nicknames are "Smash" and we had never been there before. The place was clean, menus easy to read, staff helpful and friendly, the food is comparable to In N Out (I'm from California and that was THE burger joint). Definitely recommend and will be back again ??♥️? the strawberry milkshake omg???
