I would rate my experience here a 5/5!I went here before the pandemic started and I was so excited to come back and get a lobster roll, because I had literally been dreaming of it! I went there and was a little thrown off at the price but it was well worth it, the staff was super nice because I accidentally messed up and got the "hot lobster roll" instead of the cold one and was thrown off by how it looked and tasted. I explained how I accidentally messed up and order the wrong one, and they got me the other lobster roll instead and it fulfilled my dreams! The host was so nice about my mistake though which I greatly appreciated, as well as the cooks! If there was a 10/10 button I would give it to them! I highly suggest coming here if you are looking for delicious food and friendly service!
Had to leave a review after the lady who gave 1 star because she accidentally tipped a dollar and then couldn't understand why the worker was weird about her asking for it back.Been here many times, always consistently good and the service has been perfect. It is pricey but you're paying a premium to get a premium.Don't be rude to their staff and you'll never have a problem.
The food was excellent. The warm Lobster roll was so rich but delicious! The patty melt had the most wonderful seasoning and the onions on it were perfectly prepared. We shared both entrees.
Best chicken wings and shrimp basket!
Normally I have LOVED their warm or Connecticut Lobster Roll. I have ordered it numerous times for pick up and it's been great with plenty of yummy buttery Lobster. However, last Sunday the 13th, we were greatly disappointed because our Lobster meat was tasteless. Someone maybe overcooked it. I'm now a little hesitant to go back. I'd like to also say that the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.
The location in Mpls is great as far as food, service and friendly staff.I’ve been to the Rosedale mall location a dozen times and every time I go I pray that I get good service but every time I am let down. The staff is incredibly rude. For instance, last time I went there last month December… I accidentally gave the cashier an extra dollar I said oh I think I gave you an extra dollar he looked at me and said you did… I’m super confused as to why he counted it out and didn’t even tell me first for one and for two no smile or sorry or anything like that. He’s been the cashier multiple times and I don’t know what the attitude is for, seriously lacking customer service skills. absolutely no smile or any type of human interaction basically acts like a robot. I will not return to the Rosedale location ever again.
Absolutely incredible Onion Burger!
I had the Connecticut lobster roll and it was great! The toasted bun was nice and buttery and the sandwich was overflowing with lobster. The portion size was just right: enough to where I felt satisfied but could still finish the whole thing. The menu is pricey so you have to be willing to splurge
The lobster roll was expensive and disgusting will never order from there or recommend anyone to eat there
The lobster roll and fries were very good. A little pricey but good none the less.
