The card reader on their kiosk wasn't working so it took me almost 10 minutes to pay and I was charged twice. They forgot half of my order and they had no lids or straws for the drinks. The employees were not helpful at all and it is impossible to get their attention.But because it is Panera the food I did get was very good.
Ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo with double turkey and received no meat on the sandwich. It was cheese, sauce, lettuce and tomatoes ONLY. I called to try and speak with a manager but no one answered the phone. I sent an email. Hoping our next visit is better.
I love Panera and I’ve eaten at this exact location dozens of times, which is not an exaggeration. Typically the food is good, but I used to love getting salads here and they have since spoiled my ever buying another Panera salad. I’ve had too many salads with wilted and rotting lettuce to the point where I almost threw up and totally lost my appetite. Customer support was great and allowed me a refund the times it was bad enough for me to complain. I will continue getting sandwiches here but any sandwich with lettuce I am wary of as I’ve found rotten lettuce in a few sandwiches as well. Management should definitely do a better job of staying on top of fresh ingredients.
It was delivered before time suggested and it was hot and fresh! The chicken broccoli bowl has a bit too much garlic in it but other than that, it was good!
This place is first and foremost a bakery, not a restaurant. Yet, this is the favorite lunch place of a friend of mine who suggests we eat there whenever we meet, a few times a year. Their choices in baked goods is impressive. In other categories not so. Service can be slow. Food is so-so, prices average. There is no table service, yet you are expected to leave a tip at the counter when you check out. Isn't Panera paying their employees? Strange.
I have had this soup in many different branches of Panera Bread all over the US, this is the worst broccoli cheddar I had, not even sure if it is a broccoli cheddar… it has pasta in it, the recipe changed? And Broccoli is not cooked..
The slowest service on earth. Even if you place an order 4 hours ahead it won’t be ready in time.Be prepared to wait another 15-45 minutes. Today I placed an order at 8AM for a Noon pickup time. I got there at 12:10 and it was not ready for another 20+ minutes. I didn’t get my food until 12:35. By the time I could get back to work and eat my break was practically over. They are understaffed it seems so maybe corporate can pay a little more and actually get enough people to work here. The people working are doing their best, not their fault. The amount of customers that were waiting with me that were freaking out because they had gone over their lunch break time just WAITING is so unacceptable.
Since the pandemic hit. Panera has been slowwwwwwwwwwwww with everything. You’re waiting at least 20 minutes for whatever you decided to order and they don’t care about the Doordash drivers and will only spend their time on the rapid pick up orders. There’s plenty of staff that’s behind the counter making the food so therefore “work shortage” isn’t the issue. There’s a older lady there the only one there that wears her little Panera hat and she was very very very rude to me when I tried to figure out why the order I was picking up wasn’t ready 30 minutes ago before I even got there. The staff tries their best but they definitely crack under pressure and hiring people just to hire them because it’s still not making a difference.
I was helped by the most amazing worker, she was so helpful and kind. I usually don't leave reviews, but she deserves recognition- I've never had such a pleasant experience at this location before.... I think her name was Destiney. I will be back!
The owners of this Panera should stop posting signs about a "worker shortage" there isn't one, it's a pay shortage. The excuse of long wait times being put onto the overworked underpaid staff is disgusting. The wait for 2 sandwiches, some salad an soup shouldn't take 35+ minutes.Wonderful, friendly staff that were very apologetic.If I could rate staffing and management separately, I would. 5* workers. 1* management. Ill be contacting my bank for a refund on my order.
