Absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered a burger and malt a couple months ago, got home and discovered they had gotten both parts of the order completely wrong. Called in for a refund, was instead issued a credit that can only be used on their online system. When I went to order later, found out that the credit also won't cover the "convenience fee," meaning I HAVE to pay more of my own money just to use my "refund."Fast forward to today. Their website says they're open, but the online ordering service won't let me order. Call the restaurant, apparently due to being understaffed, they aren't accepting online orders. Meaning I can't use my credit.Here's the worst part: the manager let me know that I CAN place a phone order, but then I would have to pay with my own money. Messaged received loud and clear, I see where your priorities are. I'll use my credit and never visit here again!
Amazing service and food with the old-school diner vibe!! Brought my son here and he loved it. I assume it was the owner behind the counter which was cool to see. He even thanked me by name as we left! Very impressed ? definitely recommended! We'll be back for sure! If only you could get service like this at other restaurants!!
Used to love this place. Came with friends and we all had a terrible experience. No one came to serve us for awhile and the food took forever. They messed up 3 out of our five orders, but because it took so long to begin with, we didn’t have time to wait for them to remake it. One also had plastic in with her fries. And one order of waffle fries had a total of 5 fries. Disappointed.

The food not so good. Frozen bun, ice cold fries. Malts served in a glass. Issues were fixed but definitely not like it used to be. I won’t be going back.
Atmosphere was super friendly & nostalgic with the employees making the special malts as well as ice cream sodas. Server was super prompt & friendly. We received our food incredibly fast & fresh with all of it being delicious. There's no doubt my family will be back again!
Is the best place I had a really good experience there it's a good place for families and their burgers are delicious their waiters is really cool and so is the manager I recommend you go here and try it out
Not great. Can't call a person -recording. Placed online order and required to tip, for basically a drive through order. Fries undercooked and soggy Sorry. They forgot the cheese curds, had to drive back to pick up that after dinner. Food for 4 -$60+, could have gotten better and more from McDonalds -seriously. I won't waste my time. Mike, get it together or you'll be out of business soon. Take care.
the fries were good and the shakes were thick,the restaurant was clean and orderly. the burgers were dry, unseasoned,very bland lacked even a beefy taste, tasted like preformed frozen pattie. the kids mini corn dogs were way overcooked they tasted like grease, my kiddo ended up cracking them open and eating the overcooked hot dog bit inside. we wont be back. we were really excited to try this place.
Amazing! I was going to get Five Guys but I tried this place and am so happy I did. The food was excellent, the pickup seamless, and they have healthy options too. This is my new burger joint of choice. Can’t imagine a better alternative. Farewell Five Guys.
