I went to the restaurant to order my take out. I love it that they have a separate counter for take out. It has been a very long time since I’ve had Olive Garden and I was not disappointed. I ordered 5 entrees and an appetizer and it was more than enough for 6 people. The ticket gave me a wait time and the order was delivered to my car with time to spare.
My husband ordered the Tour of Italy. This item never disappoints. I ordered the Eggplant Parmeson. I was disappointed that the Eggplant was sliced in circles and not down the length of the vegetable. I believe this is how they are cutting down on portions. Even the Tour of Italy had a great deal of plate versus food. Overall, the food is delicious. I also LOVED the Strawberry/Mango Ice Tea.Our server was attentive without being a distraction.I would highly recommend visiting this Olive Garden, especially if entertaining guests.
Great server and wonderful food.Didn't really like the 4 booths that are so close together that you can hear every word at the other guests tables.
So I’m at Olive Garden with my family including my six year old son. As we are eating our soup awaiting our meal, we notice a stink bug crawling on the table. So naturally we ask can we be re seated and and just do carry out respectfully the host was very understanding, she explained she will get a manger. Once the manager arrived “Chad” we explained to him the situation and kind of expected a form of compassion and was treated as if we were the bug or possibly brought the bug in I hate to use the race card but I just think it’s understandable to at-least expect a discount, a free meal is possibly a reach depending on how weak your stomach is. To see a bug crawling near your food I just felt like a discount was not an unreasonable request and in return the manager declined and offered a free desert we didn’t make a seen but we respectfully declined and just left. It’s just crazy we had 3 beverages my sons meal was present and half ate like the amount of food that wasn’t paid for by losing a customer was more than the discount I would’ve expected.
We did a carryout. Our first time in MN.Our team was in town for a VB tournament, Olive Garden team was able to pull our food together. Customer service was awesome! A great shout out to Ms Rhonda, she was very very helpful. So sweet! Thank you so much for all your help!.
Well the food was great and Nick&Carrie where awesome. Julie on the other hand was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Wanted to argue about the bread sticks and wasn't concerned the least about my wife almost falling in the restroom because it was wet with NO SIGN warning ⚠️ customer's of the wet floor!! Her reply was to ask my wife about her sunglasses wish she don't wear she wears transition glasses. in my opinion she definitely shouldn't be greeting customers at the front that's all I have to say about that even my mother would be mad now I'm done.
We have never been to this location. But I can say we will be back!! From the staff at the front door to our waiter have been so nice, kind, sweet. Our food was so hot and fresh. The salad/ bead sticks/wine was just all on point. Thank you Olive Garden for making love day a wonderful evening for me and the old man ?. We will be back!!
I love it here. The food is top notch, as is the service and atmosphere. Sure, you pay more than what you would at McDonald's, but you're not coming here for a quick bite. This is a proper sit-down eating experience in a nice, but informal establishment. They'll be seeing my face again. That's for certain!
The restaurant wasn't busy,service was below standard cause she was not available & seemed to disappear from time to time,but the chicken Marsalis was the bomb,it was so tasty & cooked to perfection, my glass of wine also good.My son's meal,soup also very good so all around,5 for food ect...3.5 service.
