The employee helping me gave me a free rice crispy treat when I asked if my order could be taken to-go instead of dining in, cautious that I was in a rush or upset about the speed of service.This little gesture of going above and beyond to take care of customers really stands out. This is nothing new but unfortunately ordering online only at this location is. Having 3 staff stare at me while they require me to order online for 10 minutes is definitely not convincing that they can't handle in store orders. They are also denying cash at this location during this time, last thing to note is that a lady walked in the door and left immediately after finding out it was online only. It is extremely disappointing to see this happen to one of the more decent eating establishments considering how we stopped in everyday. If this is a recurring thing they will no longer have our support saving me 100s a month on noodles even I spend it elsewhere.
Super disappointed to have to order from my phone with hungry kids hanging off me while staff is literally standing around. By the time I was done ordering I was already there 10 mins. I will not be back as this is ridiculously inconvenient. This isn’t a covid policy any longer because no one working is masking. And likely not a staffing issue when there were 7 people working and I was the only customer.
Quick and attentive service, the food was made quickly and correctly and the staff seemed to be having a good time and communicated well.Easily the best Noodles experience I've had in a long time.

Ordered for delivery from Noodles in Columbia Heights, they confirmed the order & gave us a delivery time of 6:40pm. The driver texted us and stated that when he went the noodles was closed before close (7pm). I drove all the way to the Roseville Noodles, which was order online only (I didn’t realize this) & the manager took my order and apologized for another Noodles mistake. I will only be coming back here from now on ♥️ After an extremely difficult day medically for my family this gave us some happiness back.Thank you for going above and beyond.
Very friendly staff, but the food was, meh. We don't usually eat at places like this but we had a hungry toddler with us and this was the only quick option. Needless to say, it came out as fast as it went in....if you catch my drift. The two stars are for the staff.
As soon as my husband and I walked up to the counter we were greeted. Even though the worker informed us it would be a 20 min we decided to stay this noodles has never treated us bad. we could see everyone was working as fast and hard as they could so waiting a couple min wasn't a big deal. Thank you David for making our experience great!
Decent noodle bowls, overpriced however. For the money you may as well go to a sit down restaurant for a lunch or mid-sized dinner.
