The place is very colorful and beautiful. But the best thing comes when you receive your food that just seeing it makes your mouth water. Excellent presentation with delicious authentic Mexican flavor. Very good customer service, they attended us quickly and we really enjoyed this experience.
I would be embarrassed to own or operate this restaurant.I have never seen less effort put into a meal.This is bar-none the worst food-service establishment I have ever been to.Do not eat here.Do not pass go.Do not collect $200.What you have to look forward to at Maya:-Friendly Server-Food that looks and tastes worse than a microwaved meal-Stale chips-Watery room-temp sour cream-No-tequila in margaritas-Disappointment
My daughter and I visited this past Saturday. The corn with the cheese and seasoning was amazing... It was the best thing we ordered. The fajitas with the steak and chicken were good... Would've enjoyed slightly smaller pieces to make it easier to eat. My daughter ordered the enchiladas and the pieces of chicken were enormous (in strips)... Bite sized would've made eating it easier. The server was nice, and funny but pretty forgetful... After ordering, I was brought someone elses food, and when I asked for 2 boxes, he said he brought it, however... it wasn't to our table. It took longer than it should have to get the check and then even though I had my card ready immediately when he brought the check, he disappeared and it took a long time again to get that processed). The prices were decent and the decorations were absolutely beautiful... Stunning! There was nice soft lighting, and was a very relaxing atmosphere. The salsa for the chips was really good.
Have eaten here 3 times and each and every time the food is super delicious and authentic. The drinks are generous as is the potions of food.
Love this place! Very authentic food, really great flavor! I had the enchiladas with the mole sauce - highly recommend. The first time my fiancé and I came here, the owner came to our table to introduce himself and shared a bit of his vision for the restaurant. Good place to support if you enjoy Mexican food!
Went here to celebrate my youngest daughter turning 21, when she was carded we were told she could not buy a drink, she had to come back the day after her birthday…? I argued with the waitress while she stared at my kids ID saying that’s how it is everywhere! OK then! Food was horrible, no taste! Not sure what all the liquid was on the nachos making the tortilla chips all wet. Definitely do not recommend this place! Spend your money elsewhere!

Decided to give it one more try. Like many others have noted no chips or salsa. Service is not great but given the time that's not a big deal. Prices are too high for bland food. At least at taco bell you get some hot sauce. There are much better options out there.
What a complete and total disappointment. We ordered take-out tonight and all four of our meals we on par with the local public school lunch. Refried bean were flavorless - could still taste the can they came from. Quesadillas: simply a white flour tortillas with 1/2lb of cheese. Enchiladas: another 1/2 lb of cheese, some chicken. Picking up the order, I only got three of the four things we ordered. I went back and the server told me they forgot the fourth in the microwave. After tasting the food - it all makes sense. Complete waste.
