While the staff generally try to be friendly enough when I've been there, the experience is frequently subpar for one reason or another. Today, the store lobby is closed, forcing all patrons through the drive through, which adds additional time, to a generally already slow location.This is supposed to be fast food. I placed an online order at 5:00 PM with an expected pick time of 5:24. I get there at 5:30 sit in a drive through line for ten minutes, only to be told my order isn't ready. It's now 6:00pm and I'm still waiting. Never again.
Waited in the drive through for 45 minutes before I drove off. I’m watching people go in and out. Before I drove off I called the inside of the restaurant to ask was the drive through open? A man answered the phone and stated it’s a big order the lady handling at the front. 2 things wrong one no one is helping that lady at ther front and she working the drive through as well. #2 the professionalism because the man stated the lobby is open, I stated I had children in the car reason for me going in the drive through . If I’ve been waiting in the drive through 45 min why would I drag 5 kids in a restaurant to stand and wait longer. The way this man hand gestures throwing his hands in the air with a attitude say well I said she handling a big order. Just like you answered the phone yu could have took the drive through order as well. My nieces and nephews wanted pizza reason for me being here. I’m thank god Pizza Hut down the street. BBB will be get this complaint from me as well.
Good ol' reliable Little Ceasers, always a good stop in your busy day. An abundance of tastey food for only a couple of dollars per person.
Surprisingly this Lil Cesar's is pretty good. I have horror stories going to other locations which has given me an overall bad experience with this franchise. Not at this one. They are competent and have the orders ready when it needs to be.
WORST!!!! Ordered the cheese batman. Got the Callzony part w/ pepperoni. Called back, dude like i'm the GM and it comes w/ pepperoni. I was like no it doesn't. Check the website, check other stores. got a refund, but called corporate to train them . BEWARE for those who have religious and dietary restrictions. This locations is not professional enough !!!!!!
Got pizzas for a students bday party and as a reward to other students. Their cheesy bread is delish!!! The best I've had!! Customer service had always been good as well! Order was ready when I picked up as promised
Terrible customer service, waited 30 minutes for an order that was already placed through Doordash. Short staff So I understand but being rude to customer should never happen
OMG the wait time there is ridiculous and the cashiers who take your order act as If you offended them by placing your order. First and Last time visiting. Who wants to wait over 30 minutes for something that thrives on being Hot and Ready.
Ordered a Pepperoni pizza cut in SQUARES and was told it would be 15 minutes for the wait. No other customers waiting. I picked up my order 15 minutes later and it’s cut in triangle little odd pieces. So somebody needs to go back to kindergarten to learn the difference between a Square and a Triangle…
Had to go through the drive thur I honestly don't feel safe..but over all it was fast and my food was hot..
