Friday we were in to order to take out. We were there around 430 445 PM, ordered my food and watched the cashier who touched my money with her gloves and packed my biscuit with the same hand. Gross!! I asked her to replace the biscuit with one she didn't touch. I wasn't rude, just grossed out. I work food service, big no no for me. She said you want me to get a different one, I said yes, so she went around back of the service are where drive thru packs their orders and proceeded to complain because I requested a new biscuit. We pay good money for your food, your location is the only one I'll go to, Vadnais Heights KFC is horrible. She had no name tag on or I would have gotten her name. Petite shorter asian gal. I want to continue to visit your store, but I hope she understands that dirty money and touching food with the same glove is not a good idea.Thanks for your timeDoreen Platt
If I could give them a 0 I would. Messed up my whole order and gave us attitude when we were asking nicely. Don't go here, bad workers who don't even know what they're doing most of the times. Honestly I wouldn't even pay them a dollar to work. Not being a Karen because they gave me attitude first. Bring back the asian community to work there because their service was so much better.
Arrived right when they opened. Mashed potatoes and gravy were cold, gravy was very thin and almost non existent. Meals have gone way up in price. Over $33 for two adults to eat. Asked for a breast and two legs got two thighs and no breast, no butter with the biscuits had to go back up and ask for that. When I went back up to ask for it. Employee was squatting down on the floor resting while texting on his phone. ?♀️
This is the last KFC in the cities because the owner of all the other KFCs sold out to Popeyes - which is a crying shame. But, funny enough, Chic-fil-a built a new store right across Snelling from this KFC. And this KFC is still doing well!Now to the food... I've been eating KFC, or Kentucky Fried Chicken, for 40+ years and the quality and taste has never changed! This was true on this visit as well. The Original Recipe was as tasty (and greasy) as it has always been and my wife and I enjoyed it very much. We don't get to visit too often and they don't deliver as far as we live, so we truly appreciate this treat when we can get it. The sides were good but not great - which is just the way they always were.The store was newly remodeled and clean and inviting. The service was quick and the employees were very pleasant and friendly. I didn't rate a five because their menu was a little confusing, offering the same quantity of chicken in two different versions. If I went more often, I would probably know the difference but, however I ordered it, it was great!And thanks to the owner, who is different than the one who sold out to Popeyes, for hanging on to his store and the legacy of the KFC brand!
Remember when it used to be fun to go out to eat? Now, is it not only not fun anymore, but you feel like you have been looted by bandits when your finished.I had the chicken strip meal, only one side. My wife had a 3 chicken leg meal. $25.00 !!!! That's insane! These places look empty, sterile of atmosphere, and boring. People hiding behind plexie Shields like it's the black plague. No one knows how to communicate or have fun anymore. Big government joined together with corporations. To impose their communistic rule. They've managed to close most of the small businesses. All that's left is these big chains that will bow to the next Government edict that that is declared. As we pay more and more money for less and less product and service.
It’s very quick and awesome customer service, has a drive through, staff are really respectful. Food was amazing and looked well made considering it’s a fast food place.
My meal was old and dried up. When I told the person they took it from me so rudely then inspected it like I was lying. Then told me I would need to wait 9 mins for fresh chicken and acted like I was rude for wanting fresh food. Then they forgot my coleslaw and skimped the gravy. Rude
Everything I purchased was nasty ? except the Lemonade drink. I think they give me an order that was returned or somebody else refused and it was made 2 hours ago and they warm it up for me damn! The sandwich bread was so hard to even bites the fries was dry and cold. Going this place was waste of money and time. Never ? eating again and I don’t recommend either.!
The Asian guy there has awesome customer service he is so welcoming he seems like someone that loves their job he goes above and beyond
I purchased two chicken sandwiches. The first one the bun was hard and stale. The chicken was tough. I threw it away. The second sandwich was no better as it had so much mayo on it and I lost my appetite. Wont eat there again. I will go to the competition.
