I order from this location frequently. I order using the mobile app. The delivery is usually pretty quick. I love their sandwiches. They do a good job for the most part. I have had a few issues before with my order, but they always resolve it if you bring it to their attention. The staff at this location does a good job.
Horrible customer service. Order was 50 minutes late and all they can say is it's coming.
They were very busy (mostly big boxes of carry-out orders, like 8 to 20 sandwiches it looked like) at the time I visited, but they had 5 sandwich artists cranking out sandwiches rapidly but accurately, and they filled my walk-in order in just about 5 minutes. Kudos on the great work!
Just ordered online for store pickup , and they has my order ready within 3 minutes! I had all my kids in the van and forgot my shoes at home so store employee was happy to bring it out to me curb side! Thank you ! jj never disappoints, Vivo sandwich was perfect !
ordered my food 2 sandwiches and a wrap at 2:39 pm its now 3:21pm and we are still waiting... freaky fast delivery??? I think not...it's now 3:26pm and still waiting!

Ordered through the app with my delivery address. Took an hour for delivery, guy called couldn’t find the location. Finally did, was missing part of my order. Called the guy back and was yelling at me, saying I was 10 miles out of the delivery range of the store and that I was not getting my cookie that was missed in my order, he hung up on me after yelling at me. Again, I ordered through the app and it goes to the nearest store…does it not? By the way I am less than 2 1/2 miles away from the store that delivered to me. Called the store back and told them the situation, they apologize for the drivers behavior and assured me that I would get my cookie. We shall see if I actually get my cookie.
Called the Roseville store for an update after one hour had passed since submitting an online order. Was told the delivery driver tried to call my cell phone, but could not connect. The delivery driver returned to the store with my order, but the store never tried calling me a second time using the store phone (a LAN line). Disappointing that I was not worthy of a second call. I ultimately canceled the order and asked for a full refund. Two of my last three online orders at the Roseville location have ended this way. I will not be using them again. Do NOT recommend!
Has been a while since we had Jimmy John's, saw the new kicked chicken sandwich which sounded good. Also ordered my daughter a pepe sandwich. My daughter's sandwich had literally 2 pieces of ham and on piece of cheese and was mostly lettuce. My kicken chicken sandwich was anything but kicken or containing chicken. Was like eating a lettuce and mayo sandwich. This was a $9 sandwich? Doesn't even remotely look close to the commercial version which shows large chances of chicken as well as peppers. Took several pics after I had a couple bites and could detect meat. Won't be back anytime soon again!
