Walked up to order and couldn’t even get a greeting. Employee looked annoyed to even be helping us. Might I add she didn’t wash her hands before potentially handling the food. I began to speak my order and couldn’t even finish my sentence before she began moving else (yes I spoke loud enough). Safe to say I left immediately after that and took my money elsewhere. I’ve worked in the food service industry and understand everyone has bad days but this person was rude as can be. With that kind of service I definitely don’t recommend.

I just had the most wonderful customer service experience at the Rosedale Mall. I always feel guilty receiving service moments before an establishment closes, however tonight I had no such feelings. After returning from a restroom break, the employee at the Grand Ole Creamery sold me ice cream at 6:55pm, minutes before the mall was scheduled to close. As a food service employee myself, I would serve the customer with reluctance, maybe scoffing a rude comment as the patron walks away. This employee however flashed me a golden smile as I paid and assured me that the service was no trouble. I will absolutely be returning with my business in the near future.
Wanted some ice cream and walked up to get some at 6:40pm and the guy working behind the counter said they were closed. Online it says 7 and the mall doesn’t close until 7. Very poor customer service.
Pizza was DISGUSTING. I’ve never heard my kids say they didn’t like the taste of pizza before. I gave them 2 stars because the ice cream was good.
Employees were unhelpful and seemed inconvenienced when I ordered food after asking a simple question. (Do you have mint chocolate chip?). They also stated that there was no more supplies to make a cheese pizza which I find hard to believe for a pizza joint. Communication could have been better along with attitude.
Surprisingly, on a hot summer day, we were the only customers mid-afternoon.Things could have been cleaner behind the counter, especially since they weren't busy.The ice cream was delicious; both my daughter and I thought that the waffle cones were fantastic and much better than expected!
The two guys working the morning shift were both on their phones. One of them was talking on the phone while baking our pizzas. One of them burned and he had to re do it. If he would've been paying attention I would have got my pizza faster.
Very rude service! Very unhelpful! Extremely slow and expensive!
