I stopped by the bank and decided to geab something to drink. There were three workers there. One was making drinks, another one standing at the drive thru, and cleaning. I stood in the front for a good 3-5 minutes waiting to get my order but all there if them never took my order and did not acknowledge that I was there. They kept talking to each other like I was not there standing and ready to order.
This place needs a whole new management from food to customer service. Found a peice small hair (looks like mens beard hair) in my sourdough sandwich. ? The eggs are old as well.
Ordered a coffee that I told them I wanted hot but it came out extremely cold. The lady who took my order had an attitude as well. Probably the worst DD in the state of Minnesota.Would give this location 0/5 stars if I could.
I dont claim to be a coffee expert and I informed her I was not too familiar with Dunkin Donut's options. So I ordered a peppermint latte and received one that was iced. When I corrected her she reacted very annoyed with me. I apologized and asked if maybe I ordered it wrong or if I should have said something else. Nothing, instead she and co-workers wispered amongst themselves. I was then given a plain latte I didn't realize until we had already driven off. Might as well have gotten me black coffee from the gas station for this service. JUST IN LINE WITH ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE EVERYONE: TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
Everyone is so nice here but I walked out without my coffee because it took an eternity. I'm sick of places giving drive thru priority, it's a sign of being greedy and it earns you negative reviews. If you don't want to serve people inside your store then don't and just open drive thru only stores.
They gave me burnt toast and they try to cover it up like I wouldn’t see it. How do you think this is OK? My hands are literally covered in the black dust off the burnt toast.Just bought it today too ?
The girl who took my order gave me attitude the entire time I was ordering. I'm not from the area and I had questions about what they had available on their menu. Rather than hold up the line trying to scan the entire menu I chose to ask the drive-through lady. When I got to the window the girl who took my money was nice. But then the lady with the attitude again came to hand me my food. She did say have a nice day but with a nasty tone in her voice. What she doesn't know is that I am a store manager and have been for many years, so I don't tolerate people who give service with attitude. I know we all have bad days but don't take it out on your customers!!
I went through the drive thru on Sunday and ordered a large HOT chai latte. It was not even luke warm or full. Tried to get someone's attention, drove back through the drive thru and asked to remake one that was actually hot. 2nd one was colder and a medium size. Finally went inside, no apologies or offer to make something different, other employee said I just got here. The explanation was that is how it is. Needless to say, asked for my money back. I gave 2 stars because my passenger's drink was satisfactory It should not be offered as a hot drink. I will stick with Caribou from now on. Service was sub-par.
came through the drive thru for a coffee and a breakfast sandwhich. I went up to pay and as the guy hands me my coffee I accidentally lurch forward and spill some VERY hot coffee on my hand. Which, is very obviously my fault. I asked the drive through worker if I can get another cup and he says “I don’t know if I can do that”. I’m sitting here, no napkins, coffee all over my hand and a little inside my car, and you can’t give me a new cup? Why? I didn’t even want new coffee. Just a cup that wasn’t soaked and bent. So I ask him again, what am I supposed to do? He says “I don’t know.” He literally had to turn around and ask a manager if I could get a new coffee cup. she asked what kind of coffee it was (plain old drip coffee, as if that should matter). on top of all that? I get home and they gave me the wrong food. Paid for a sandwhich, got a strawberry donut. Called the store twice no answer.
stopped by for breakfast. they had the blinds all the way open and all the seating options were completely blazed by bright sunlight. it made for an unpleasant dining experience. i find it hilarious they are now known as Dunkin'. I'm sorry but that's the dumbest concept I've ever heard of. are they afraid of their donuts? well they aren't that fantastic to be honest. they are in the dry side.
